why is a person holding a master's degree in journalism from an ivy league college make repeated claims of first amendment rights violations when he hounds private citizens on private websites and they don't reply?

why does he continually spam privately owned media blogs with off topic rants in violation of their stated TOS then claim first amendment rights violations when the sites moderate the disruptive entries?

These are issues which are covered in Journalism 101- introduction to journalism, a person with a postgraduate degree should not only know these things he'd be assisting the instruction of others in them.

Please explain your long campaign portraying yourself as dishonest, abrasive, inept, and constantly ranting of paranoid delusions of grandeur.

Many people have suffered under this program for years trying to build a rational credible case for action and you're destroying it and you seem a bit too sharp for this to be an accident.

MICROWAVE/RADIO FREQUENCY ATTACK REPORT -- Tues., May 4, 2010 @ 2:40 p.m.

For the past hour, I have been DEBILITATED and driven to lay down by an unremitting microwave/RF constant attack that has induced severe fatigue, muscle aches, constant yawning and an induced sleep state from which I just have awoken after about a half-hour's fitful sleep.

The attack has left me unable to work, think, or function. The attack has robbed me of free will and the physical and neurological ability to be productive.

Earlier, at about 2 p.m., I was hit by several sharp, pentrating microwave attacks to my frontal lobe area, the favored target zone of these slow-kill murderers.

THESE ARE CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY, AND IT CONTINUES.

The evidence points to the MAGLOCLEN/RissNet fusion center in Newtown, PA as the command center for these heinous war crimes against American citizens, as well as the pervasive surveillance, malicious interference with telecommunications, including censorship, and financial sabotage, including the fabrication and counterfeiting of bills, statements, even banking records -- with the apparent cooperation of financial institutions.

I have been under attack constantly over the past few days, so much so that I have been unable to file attack reports due to physical fatigue and the sense that I just could not bear to think about this inhumane torture due to its residual effects.

A few of those attacks:

Sat., May 1 @ 8:46, 8:55 p.m. -- Sharp, penetrating attacks to the head, sharp pain above right ear. In the evening, I was constantly attacked with microwave/RF as I drove to the Roebling Market in the barrio section of Trenton, N.J., with a feeling of exxtreme weakness and malaise. The RF detector beeped continually during the time I was in Trenton, and also when I re-entered Bucks County and drove through
Falls Township.

The RF detector immediately CEASED when I crossed back into Lower Makefield Township -- an indication to me that this police state apparatus has constructed a MICROWAVE GHETTO that uses microwave/RF attacks to CONFINE TARGETED PERSONS TO THE IMMEDIATE VICINITY OF THEIR HOMES.

THIS IS WHAT THE NAZIS DID TO THE JEWS. Where did you come up with this information? Not only have you fabricated the existence of this weapon system, by taking a patent filed on technological conceptual ideas and imagining it is secreted in cell towers across America despite the very patent you reference describing a device so large this is impossible...

What you claim would be easily shown to be false as you would merely move the subject or shield them from the radiation and it would stop.

The referenced phrase is relevant to pointing at someone who is engaged in far too hasty and lengthy defense of his actions upon being accused- when a person who is innocent needn't go that far providing alibis.

You are the one here being consistently revealed as dishonest and making groundless claims. Not I. If you were providing a fillibustering defense on the points you're called out on, one could apply the phrase to you. However you have always dodged any effort at such rebuttals.

There's your problem, you are assuming that they are utilizing the microwave band of the spectrum, which can be shielded.

They could have harnessed and are utilizing another carrier wave, possibly neutrinos or gamma rays, which would easily penetrate almost any type of shielding.

It wasn't I who assumed anything, I replied to someone else who mentioned microwave auditory effect.

They could have monkeys flying out of their butts at us for all I know. You want to correlate that to 1 in 6 Americans suffering from tinnitus go right ahead. For most of us a more sensible explanation than vast government conspiracies exist, I spent four years in the Navy working around jets almost daily plus decades listening to loud music and a few years as as guitarist in garage bands. Hell even at age 47 I have a pair of 15"'s to bump in the car. (most people don't realize one drunken rock concert can give them tinnitus for life, alcohol relaxes the ear muscles which would otherwise protect from damage)

I have had it long enough and understand it well enough to not be silly and look for vast government conspiracies or other fantastic directions for the cause.

This again should not be mistaken for denial many of us are in a program where technology is used for harassment. I seek merely to weed out the obviously ridiculous claims in our stories to prevent liabilities to our credibility. If you have evidence you can produce of such forms of energy being used, I'd love to see it. Jumping into a discussion with the sheer speculation of "they could be" to defend an argument which apeared (to me) as offering a yes man validation of Vic's unfounded claims only opens a door for Vic's complete fabrications to be considered factual.

Well, one of the headers on the page is blurry, and the URL doesn't look quite right, so I think my posting is subject to a possible "man in the middle attack" by real-time surveillance censors who have targeted this journalist for censorship on grounds of ideology and politics -- and clearly, unconstitutional and a color of law violation.

Which you tried to argue was not a TOS violation because "everyone else does it too!"? Then you insisted your suspension was the result of government intervention so you wasted the time of Politico employees by calling and arguing with them over it, afterwards declaring that employee who upheld their rules must have been an "imposter", so you called another- and when they agreed with the first they were an imposter too?

I never have the tinitis until dentist work on my teeth early 90s.

I was beginning to have suspicion at the time the dentist was working for "The Program" but I did know about "the program".

That dentist took a very torture approach when working on my teeth. He put funny cartoons of a dentist tormenting a patient on the floor by the wall one day when he work on me, that make me worry. He also say a lots of inappropriate thing that would make implicate him a perp-dentist working for "the program". So do his perp helpers. So he proceed knock me out and implant the tinitis device in my tooth.

There was lot of street theater and harrassment going on at this time for me. Men in black with sunglasses too. This is real story you need believe. No joke.

Now this device covert secteted and implanted into my mouth continue to make produce tinitis for long time until the roots of that tooth were broke one day, and the tinitis completely stop! Well, duh.

And make street perps all worried! Such talk as "OMG He's okay!". Much perp worry. Very much perp inappropriate talking.

Tinnitis stop until I go to another perp-dentist to have the broke tooth removed and he drill something in the jaw bone after remove the tooth and implant this yet another tinitis device because the tinitis started up again largely a couple day later - even worse. This time it come with pain in my right temple like very big laser gun shooting at me from far away. Maybe even from nearest cell tower.

So it say that dentists and the medical establishment are all "THE PROGRAM" to rid the streets of so-called "undesirables" and wrong labeled the "menaces to society" - which they are not menaces, never were never will. Well, duh.

While I cannot begin to doubt what you're claiming about street theatre and the like (again reiterating as a TI my message is not doubting OS/EH here) I will say the theory of devices being planted in your head doesn't make a lot of sense because #1 you could have it examined and if true you'd have a wonderful piece of evidence to use on someone and #2 you'd know who that someone was and this would mean easy legal action against them.

Maybe he is a victim of OS/EH, but I would bet his dental/tinnitus issues are separate from this. The growing pool of foolish disinfo claimed as fact by people like Vic purporting to be authorities on matters they lack any knowledge on become easy for the unsuspecing to repeat and will be discredited for.

I cerrtainly don't have all the answers but if I can identify what is obvious BS will do so.

No luck. I have the next Dentist turn to perp too, when Gestapo tell them. This time they say the inappropriate talk and will not fix. Also they do a very bad thing to make more pain and infections.

Maybe so no tinnitis device or laser implant maybe they do this with the "procedure" but the Gestapo behind it you can take that to bank.

Are you arguing that dental problems are not well known to cause problems in your ears, including tinnitus?

You admit the tinnitus is correlated to your visits to the dentist, and for reasons I already stated it's highly unlikely that some tiny device was put in your tooth to cause tinnitus.

Occam's razor and common sense dictate the first place to look for a cause of your hearing issues is something that the medical field says exists.

Okay so you don't like my link. Before dismissing it did you do a little research to verify the connection between teeth and other health issues?

Hey, go ahead and believe what you like, I was offering friendly advice. It's not healthy to affix blame on perps for every occurance in your life, especially when it's something you can do something about.

FBI: IT'S HIGH TIME TO SAVE AMERICA. TELL POTUS ALL ABOUT HOMELAND'S CELLULAR TORTURE TOWERS AND THE EXTRAJUDICIAL FUSION CENTER GESTAPO.

It is time for the FBI leadership to go directly to POTUS/VPOTUS and Secretaries Clinton and Napolitano and tell those leaders the WHOLE sordid tale -- TODAY.

Why do I say this? Because today, once again, the FBI is being blamed by top Republicans for its handling of the Times Square bomber -- just as the FBI was the security cabal's whipping boy in the underpants bomber saga.

And, parenthetically, elements contained in the official accounts of those alleged terrorist attacks don't quite quite add up, in the opinion of this journalist, and, I am certain, many insiders who recognize the M.O. These things usually just aren't wrapped up with a bow.

I often credit the movie, "Enemy of the State," along with a real-life young FBI agent who actually got a bit moist-eyed as I told her my story, for giving me the courage to endure four years of intense, daily torture, and two additional years (and counting) of still debilitating, but not totally disabling, electromagnetic torture and impairment.

My pleas to the FBI did not end the torture. It continues, to THIS DAY. But my interactions with those anonymous agents (well, most of them, anyhow) demonstrated to me that there are many good people on the inside who've had enough of what has happened to our nation, and to respect for the rule of law, in the years since the Bush-Cheney crowd took power. And many of them are STILL in power, still doing their evil, thinking they've got Barack Obama where they want him.

Just as in that movie, it is time for the FBI to come to the rescue of America. And what better time to do it as when the forces of internal evil are ONCE AGAIN attacking the FBI.

Every time Scrivener defends the FBI, I just can't help but get an image in my head of J. Edgar Hoover all cross-dressed up in a Tu-Tu, leather boots, and a feather boa.
