Evidently the computer-perps who read your column noticed my observation that the Torture Network typically hides their illegal GPSs behind the left headlight of victims' cars, because the Car Place that allowed the Perps access to my car asked me to bring in my car last week so that they could "fix an electronic malfunction."  I assume they relocated the GPS. . . . The US Torture Network should be defined as "cruel and unusual" punishment, because victims are constantly aware that the Perps and their duped Minions in business and utilities across America can murder them at will by tampering with their cars or radiating them with "nonlethal" weapons, or having their vigilantes mob them on highways, etc.  Also, the victims are never, never released from the Torture Network. Their fate resides with anonymous bureaucrats who are judge, jury, and jailor -- and who must keep their subhuman killer-perps busy with something to do.        Even the Mafia never had the kind of total control that the US Deep (Military) Government has acquired over the US public.

You've made repeated references similar to that about me and despite requests each time to provide substantiation, you ignore this and go hide for a few days until you make the claim again.

With each of the multitude of posts I  have laid out accusations against Vic I at least lay out his exact statements the allegations are derived from, copy and pasting them for reference.

I read an interesting article on the net claiming that Obama is a decoy.  I think that they are correct in that.  He was groomed for the position and was the pied piper to anybody who was left, anti-Bush, pro-Civil Liberties, pro-peace, concerned with big business or anything else they wanted to get rid of.  Meanwhile he works mostly on someone else's agenda, not on his own platform.  If things ever fall apart, they'll fall on him.  I also saw some things claiming Obama is a target - I wouldn't go that far, though he has had some weird rumor campaigns against him - decoy sounds just about right to me.

Left headlight?  Relocate the GPS?  In my case, it appears that the fusion center cabal that coordinates these community stalking operations -- or a powerful, secretive agency that appears to be pursuing a vendetta against me -- ordered that a Bucks County car dealer equip my wife's car with a GPS-enabled "theft immobilization" system that we did NOT order and did NOT want.  This unit facilities the GPS tracking, and apparently allowed the fusion center goons to immobilize the vehicle during a recent pick-up run to the Phila. International Airport.

My reporting indicates that while military, intel and law enforcement agencies across the board are involved in this fascist apparatus, one agency sits at the head of the table in terms of the targeting and ideologically-motivated persecution of American citizens, and, apparently, more than a few journalists.  It appears that agency is the U.S. Secret Service.

Very professionally done psy-ops. I give it a solid B, but I'm not grading on a curve.

The "theft immobilization" feature may be something that is mandated by statute (like the 911 capability in cell phones) but I am not sure about that.   Such legislation was proposed in Canada a number of years ago.  The "goon squad" gang-stalkers are part of an automated "slander machine" that disables citizens by destroying employment opportunities and business relationships.    This afternoon, a couple electric company employees presented to me a sampling of the same "Big Bag 'O Lies" that destroyed a previous business venture.  I grant that in a free country, everyone is entitled to their opinion.  Unfortunately, that which is circulated by the "slander machine" is not the opinion of anyone except that person or persons who punched the slander into the database.  Being accosted and insulted at my doorstep by electric company employees spewing slander-machine lies and rhetoric is not my expectation relative to what I think should be the purpose of the utility company and it's employees.   Most of us in the TI community have grasped the idea that utility companies are regularly used by the "machine" to do the dirty work ...   Can any of us believe that this is not orchestrated by the companies themselves, perhaps given direction by government paid contractors or in collusion with them?   Day by day, this constitutional assault becomes more obviously an orchestration at the highest levels, and simultaneously becomes less likely an operation conducted by petty criminals or organized crime, in the traditional sense.  Albeit, it is organized and it is crime.

A GPS/radio-controlled theft immobilization unit is NOT mandated, and if it were, that would be front-page news.   It is an OPTION -- and a rogue agency or multi-agency cabal apparently ORDERED that Mike Piazza Honda in Langhorne, PA, sell us a car equipped with this tracking and immobilization technology.  And they USED it on me, at least once, and probably, more than that, and I just did not realize it.

Why are they expending such resources on me?  Could it be because of what I saw in Shenandoah National Park on Sept. 9, 2001?  

Or is this just a case of feds and/or counties having money to burn for black ops, and targeting some "liberal Jew" journalist (who asks too many questions) for personal destruction?

This is human paintball for rogue agents who conduct witch-hunts for sport -- my educated opinion.

Maybe someone from Project Geneva should interview (under oath) a "S.A.C." in a Philadelphia field office to get to the truth?  If that doesn't get to the truth, maybe someone at Piazza Honda could be flipped...

Yeah - you're probably correct when you say a mandate "would be front page news" - but surely such ideas are in the minds of planners already, and the legislation drafted ... lying in the bottom of a drawer somewhere ... awaiting some formal excuse (probably terrorism related) for an expedited congressional rubber stamp.   It's like cell phones - the 911 tracking "feature" was mandated by law, and each phone manufacturer implemented a user configurable setting that theoretically turns it off.  All the phones have the technology now ... its supposedly "turned on" only when the user selects the option.   Later, after the legislation was passed, we discovered that these "options" can be turned on remotely, if there is a lawful warrant to do so.  No surprise there.  IMHO, was passes these days for lawful warrants ain't any such thing.

I've come to the same thought as Anonymously given about not only the utility trucks but any type of service provider that might be natural to a community.  Today, I was outside cutting away at the shrubs to make my front door more visible to the street.  While working, I saw one such truck,  I had a light bulb moment with the idea of "invisibility suits".  These employees/vehicles, in their naturalness to everyday life, carry no "red flags" for neighbors or other such possible witnesses.  Plus some of the trucks are large enough to completely obscure someone's front entrance. 

One of my first mid point experiences may have involved just that.  I left my car parked in a friend's driveway and when I returned my emergency brake was down.  Verizon was working next door.   This emergency up and down or pulled up so tight that it's difficult to dislodge started then and has subsequently been a frequent activity.  I've lost track.  I've had sneezing spells and other abnormal tastes that might be connected to "whatever" inside my car and possibly passed on to my clothing.  Several times I found white powder on the convertible top.  In addition, once on my dining room table and my tires.  The last time that the powder was visible on my car, I took samples.  Regarding analysis, I contacted what I thought were appropriate government agencies, (One said, send a picture - perhaps and hopefully a diverted phone call?)  This response was a form of mimicking.  I'm a picture taker - nature and (when I had them) friends - - now it's mostly E V I D E N C E!!! 

This "picture taking" was brought to my attention early on seemingly as a complaint or accusation of my criminal activities (Her and that Cat! they take pictures!!!! Call the FBI).

I had a light bulb moment when I saw an  "On Star" commercial.  My car, an Ebay purchase, was transported from Florida.  I received it with one of the two expected keys  missing.  The tag and clip for the second key were in the car, the second key was not.  It's a coded key and I was told by the dealership that not even "law enforcement" can get a copy.  I had to order/recode a second key at the dealership and present appropriate identification. 

As I was writing this I had another light bulb moment.  The day I went to this same friends home there was a police car parked on a side street off of Scarsdale Road.  I made a left on to that side street.  Not to long ago, in Bronxville, I ordered pizza.  At the door was a member of "cellphone 24/7 squad".  As is normal, I waited longer than I was told for my order.  A Jeep Liberty with FDNY plates arrived and the guy picked up his order and left.  On my way home, I saw the usual cast of cellphone pervs.  Back on Scarsdale Road, not far from this same X-friend's home, I heard what I chose to believe were "ash can(s)".

Gun shots in my neighborhood were an earlier occurrence.  This was a news story when it happened to someone as they were driving their car, I think it was on the Saw Mill River Parkway.  I don't recall the details, I think a car window was blown out?  Helicopters were in the area for a while.  Recently, the helicopters have been in the area again.

At the mid-point, of my nightmare, a Verizon employee came to my property/home and opened my boiler room door allegedly seeking a neighbor's connection at MY HOUSE?  This was when I experienced clicking on the line and an actual disconnect of my phone service.  I suspected a wiretap and discussed this with an X-friend who's a Verizon executive.  He actually gave me a Verizon number to call to check on whether a phone line is clear.  The recording said that it was clear, but the situation presented itself otherwise.  I called this number several times.  I was already rapidly going downhill -- too many damaging and abnormal experiences to recount here.  If my understanding is correct, the phone service provider is required by law to disclose any such wiretap.

When I visit the sight, I see only your post.   Since it is the first comment on the article by Ms. Rozen, I suspect that the other commentators were scared off.   The cell tower thing has not impacted me directly in terms of DEW. Perhaps it has impacted me on the surveillance front.  I do notice that my dog yelps and jumps for no apparent reason occasionally when I am outdoors.  I have no very good explanation for his behaviour, and do not understand why I would not be hit by the same thing ...

No, it's not fleas.  I have been around dogs for fifty years, and they don't  jump that high from a flea bite.

MICROWAVE/RADIO FREQUENCY AND HOME INTRUSION ATTACK REPORT -- Tues., May 11, 2010

The operatives whose fingers are on the rheostats of the government's cell tower- based microwave/laser radio frequency directed energy weapon system continue with their criminal assaults on their "targets" -- albeit with less frequent intense attacks, apparently replaced by a constant irradiation with frequencies and radiation that causes headache, fatigue, weakness and induces a deep sleep state whenever the operators wish to play God with their subjects.

For example:  At precisely 12:37 p.m. earlier this afternoon, I was struck with an intense, sharp and piercing microwave burst to the right front forehead, the favored target area of these war criminal operatives.  I awoke this morning to sharp ringing in the ears, a sign of a microwave attack with frequencies audible only to the victim.  I continue to experience intense ear-ringing almost every morning when I awake.

My wife also has been suffering over the past two days with intense headaches that I believe may be a sign that she also is under microwave attack by operatives under the aegis of agencies, commands and/or corporations that input the MAGLOCLEN/RissNet fusion center in Newtown, PA.

UNTIL THE CIVIL RIGHTS DIVISION OF THE DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE MAKES AN EXAMPLE OF A MAJOR U.S. COUNTY SUCH AS BUCKS COUNTY, PA -- HOME TO MAGLOCLEN -- THERE WILL BE NO RESPECT FOR THE RULE OF LAW IN AMERICA AND THESE CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY WILL CONTINUE.

I have found clothing items have been torn and damaged, sometimes spotted with bleach.  And in the past, our food, water and beverage have been tainted -- POISONED, and particulate matter has been inserted into our air ducts.

I HAVE DISCUSSED SUCH ACTS OF TERRORISM WITH MY POLICE CHIEF.  HE INDICATED TO ME A YEAR AGO THAT HE WAS AWARE OF SUCH MALICIOUS CRIMES -- SPECIFICALLY,  HE MENTIONED THE FOULING OF INTERIOR AIR.

AND YET NO LOCAL OR FEDERAL OFFICIALS HAVE LAUNCHED AN INVESTIGATION -- DESPITE CLEAR EVIDENCE THAT NEIGHBORS ON MY BLOCK MAY HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF SUCH CRIMES, AND MAY EVEN BE AMONG THE PERPETRATORS.

This happened to me several times. I had won some nice bandanas in a contest. I never used them, and had them sitting in the basement on a shelf. One day I looked outside and saw several of the neighbor's kids walking by, and one of them was wearing one of my bandanas on his head! I checked downstairs and sure as hell one of them was missing. I have to mention that these neighbors always had cop cars going to their house, almost as if they were working with the cops. They were also listed on the web as criminals, so I wouldn't doubt they were working with the shadow people. These people were harassers, they did several other things such as this, and made as much noise as possible to disrupt an otherwise quiet neighborhood. Can I prove it? Nope, and I never reported the stolen bandana to police because I couldn't prove that either. Those people only lived there a few years, in and out, and they also made a lot of expensive improvements to the property while there - paid for by the "program"? I can only guess.

The only education needed by anyone is your own, about credibility.

Yet when offered a free webcam to provide rthe minimum amount of evidence to initiate the police investigation he whines doesn't happen, he feigns helplessness about operating one and me too's this lame response  from someone else:

Addendum to comment, above, about Del. A.G. Beau Biden:

I have tried repeatedly this day to post the comment, above, to the Wilmington (DE) web site, delawareonline.com, in response to an article about the hospitalization of Beau Biden.  Repeatedly, I have gotten a message that "your session has expired," directing me to log in again.

I have logged in repeatedly, with the same result -- I get the on-screen message that "your session has expired."

I must conclude that someone is once again violating my constitutional rights to freedom of speech, association, and freedom from unreasonable searches and seizures (of my telecommunications).  I also must conclude that some entity may be trying to cover up something pretty horrible.

Last night, I attempted to post a similar comment to a Washington Post political blog, with similar results -- but after about a half hour, the comment finally appeared to post.  I say "appeared," because it also is possible that I was looking at a "spoofed" or faked web page generated by government operative censors, and that the actual comment may, or may not, have been posted for all to see.

WHO IS TRYING TO COVER UP WHAT -- AND WHY?
