If you were capable of understanding what I wrote, you might have understood "Organized and Electronic Harassment" was being presented as a mockery to OUR Constitution, Bill of Rights and the Rule of Law.  EVERYDAY CITIZENS from all walks of life, do believe in and value our country's ideology.  Most people, like my life several years ago, are simply unaware of the existence of this crime.  It is in many ways invisible and causes severe disability.  This hinders the capacity of many targets to confront it creatively, effectively and resourcefully.

Once again, this morning, the coffee with half-and-half exhibits that distinct, bitter, chemical taste -- an apparent sign that someone again has entered our home, perhaps at night, and has poisoned food and beverages in the refrigerator.  It is possible that intruders squirrel themselves in the attic, or in voids in the framing, and emerge overnight, when we apparently are "put under" in a deep sleep state by constant irradiation with radio frequencies.

AND THE CONSTANT, FATIGUE-CAUSING IRRADIATION, AND THE PAINFUL, MOMENTARY TORTURE, ALSO CONTINUES.

While the incidence of sharp, painful attacks has diminished in number, the constant, weakness-inducing irradiation continues unabated.  And the sharp, tortuous attacks -- such as the attack of yesterday, May 12, 2010 at precisely 2:48 p.m., leave me pained, stunned, and unable to concentrate for some time after the piercing assault.

It is certain that my home has been bugged with audio and perhaps video surveillance, and that reports of private conversations are related to the community goon squad.  A GPS device that we did not order was installed in the new car we bought from a local dealer three years ago.  This unconstitutional tracking and surveillance is how they know where I am going, what I plan to do, why stores to which I am headed are "store-mobbed" and why stalkers in vehicles await for my arrival in parking lots.

Yep Rosemary - There are the utility trucks, gardeners, etc. but also note that some well-known companies such as Verizon, ATT, Fed Ex, etc also "coincidentally" happen to be defense contractors.  I've had bizarre problems with Fed Ex, US West (owned by none other than Dick Cheney at that time), Qwest, harassing wrong numbers for years from Humana, etc.  What do these people all have in common? They use the locals too I think but if they are getting millions from certain parts of government that may or may not be complicit in our harassment (and certainly are doing nothing about this form of domestic terrorism despite the fact that they are "anti-terror") well...

There is a story in today's New York Times (May 13, 2010, "Fifth Deadly Attack in a School Haunts China") regarding a string of attacks on school age children by middle aged men in China. A number of articles have alluded to the probability of these being responses to injustices committed by the Chinese government and corrupt law enforcement against the assailants. Evidently these assaults against children are done out of frustration in not being able to reach well protected government officials considered responsible for their suffering. These attacks on children are especially painful in a country that allows only one child per family. In my past research, I have discovered that many of the tactics used in covert "gang stalking' and psychological warfare had their start in Communist Chinese brainwashing and torture techniques during the 1940's and 50's. The Chinese culture is no stranger to these practices. The Chinese government's response is to tell the media to stop publishing these accounts. Are these brutal and unfortunate attacks a byproduct of the well established gang stalking phenomenon in China? This is a story worth following as it may reveal the long term impact of gangstalking and other forms of psychological warfare by a country who started it decades ago. This is a sick world.

You are right, it's difficult to fully comprehend what would motivate someone to lie about such things, when they've never actually experienced it. I have. I've been gang stalked for a long period of time, that's a fact. Some people don't believe that gang stalking actually exists, aka community stalking, but it does. Community Stalking even existed in low-tech form hundreds of years ago. Really. I suppose by saying that, some people will call me a wacko.

Well put.   I downloaded and read the entire patriot act and it does shred everything.  I thought it was the perfect document to use as a follow-up for a "Reichstag Fire" (equivalent).  It's a perfect analogy, IMHO.   To what you said, I would add that the warrantless surveillance is something that has been pumped up with technology -- as if by steroids.  With the new stuff, they don't even need to enter your premises!  It's all an exterior-based scanning system.  Of course, they still do enter your premises, as Vic describes, just to play a little "chickory in your coffee smashmouth."  But I digress.  For many weeks, I was entertained by legions of baseless fascist footsoldiers who had taken to waving the "C" sign at me from passing vehicles.  Others on this forum noticed the same thing at that time.  For the past couple weeks, there has been a new official way for them to proclaim that they are the world's most baseless idiots.   Now in this area I get the "broken nose" sign.  Apparently, these idiots are proud to do the work of the devil  no matter what color suit he happens to be wearing that day....

The Military folks whom I label the US Gov ARE the de facto US government . . . and have been since they murdered JFK, RFK, MLK -- and tried to teach Reagan a lesson, when he took his "role" as president too seriously and tried to interfere with Iran Contra. You are kidding yourself, if you think the president, Congress, etc, have control -- or are likely to get control (without their own private army). The "officials" are eliminated when they get too uppity and try to limit the control of the de facto Military-Industrial complex that Eisenhower warned about as he left office. The M-I generals and superbureaucrats were powerful then. They OWN us now.

The reason the US has had perpetual war since WWII (which never ended) is that war silences critics (who are accused of being traitors), makes money for the Halliburtons, creates new business for the Blackwaters, and solidifies control over the public who are barked into conformity by the media dogs.

My point is that "the government" has been hijacked by a subversive, criminal and constitution-disrespecting element, and it is counter-productive for me to associate myself with those who do not make the key distinction between "the government" and subversive elements that have hijacked the civilian leadership -- which, I maintain, is largely clueless as to how they have been co-opted and entrained.

Democracy has always been a struggle between those who want more control "by the people" and others who want to rule with an "iron hand" of power. Keep in mind that even Hitler came into power through an election process in a democratic government. 

To my eye, the present situation is much like the story of "The Wizard of Oz" Those targeted by psychological warfare and covert torture get to see the real face of power, while most see only the mask covering it. This also appears to be a growing worldwide phenomenon, aided by corporations willing to sell the technology and expertise to anyone who can afford it. This appears (in my opinion) to be a a fundamental evolution in how western governments will manage its own citizenry, driven by relentless fear mongering and technological advances. It is just now beginning to build momentum. I honestly believe that barring a catastrophic blunder that brings the whole thing down, this trend will mean that in ways not yet imagined, covert violence, torture, and psychological attacks will determine how government influence and pressure is exerted (on its own people)), and how law enforcement systems operate. I personally am not waiting for any government system to get its act together. My prime objective is to find a way to live life in a meaningful, and dare I say joyful way in spite of it.
