Have some compassion, Vic. Badexperiment is not advising surrender but has clearly been harassed to the point of exhaustion and wants to find a bit of rest. You say you've been harassed since 2004. Some people have been harassed continuously much longer than that. That's what this bullying Torture Matrix is all about -- killing people slowly with continuous mob action. It's the US Government (aka M-I complex) version of the recent high school bullying (unto death) of Phoebe Price. Who knows...maybe the parents of the high school kids learned this technique from their gangstalking parents.

As unbelievable as it may seem, I am entering my thirteenth year of covert torture and psychological attacks. However, while it has been a part of my life, it has never overwhelmed it. I started a small business ten years ago that allows me to do satisfying work and has modestly met my needs. I took my dream vacation, driving cross-country alone for four months from New York to California while my harassers were on my heels all the way. I've set goals over the past years and met them, refusing to allow my life to be consumed by my persecutors. I've had ups and downs all along the way, including more than a few anxious moments. Every morning I ask myself the following question: What would I do today if I did not have this torture and gang stalking to deal with? Then, I try to do it anyway, even if I feel discouraged or beat down. My attitude is this. There are people who face cancer, lose limbs, go blind or face some other challenge and yet, find a way to live a meaningful and fulfilling life. I should be able to do the same thing in spite of the challenges I face.

The good people inside government know it's the bad people inside government who have hijacked the bureaucracy to create a shadow government run out of the nation's 70-some fusion centers.

The cell- tower based microwave/laser radio frequency directed energy weapon system that is silently torturing and impairing and slow-killing "targeted" Americans could not be utilized this way -- in effect, "franchised out" to multiple agencies, commands and operatives --- unless these elements of government designed the system to be deployed to commit a slow genocide.

This subversive, un-American element within government, the element that thumbs its nose at elected officials and the concept of a chain of command with elected civilian leadership calling the shots, is in the process of being taken down.

I accept your apology, Tinker. I extend mine. I can't accept your advice. I don't go about punching people in the nose. Basically, only decent, law-abiding people are put in the Matrix. We are guinea pigs for training stalkers (computer-perps, street theater-perps, cellphone-to-head-perps). We are needed as the framework for creating the cop-vigilante networks (without victims, there can be no networks). We are needed for microwave weapons testing, including internal RFID-chipping for GPS tracking. And why do the US Government and defense contractors collude in doing this? Because they can.

There is a bizare twist the comments take when the conversation starts to get serious and meaningful . . . the personal attacks start and bizarre ideas begin to be injected into the conversation. For example: who brought this "alien bases on the moon' idea into this conversation, and why?. Is this a way to muddy up and confuse readers, and discredit legitimate voices in this thread by associating them with such "crazy" talk? Is this classic Black Propaganda?

Black Propaganda (definition from Wikipedia): Black propaganda is false information and material that purports to be from a source on one side of a conflict, but is actually from the opposing side. It is typically used to vilify, embarrass or misrepresent the enemy.

Quite frankly, I my pet theory is that this whole forum is a multi-person farcical comedy - with Vic and Batvette running a continual directed conversation intended to bring ridicule to the whole genre of "organized stalking". I further theorize that they conduct operations out of the same room, within the same office suite. I have another theory - being that neither Vic nor Batvette is a single person. Batvette's linguistic characteristic's have changed too much and too often to indicate a single person. Vic's are more consistent, but the boiler-plate newsroom template ensures that result - for the most part. The Vic/Batvette duo is likely comprised of a dozen or more individuals.

Anyone who reads my articles, here and on Facebook, where I've been publishing more frequent dispatches, knows the deal. I've worked for major newspapers, TV stations, had my own business show on Madison Square Garden Network for six years ('98-2004) "seen by millions," as they say. Do these frat boy Nazis really think they can make my career vanish by purging the links to "Foxwoods Sports Business Report," or to references to my career as a TV reporter for Fox 29 in Philly (1990-94) or to my SportBiz Today show on SportsChannel Philadelphia before that, or my years as a reporter and editor at The Philadelphia Bulletin, The St. Petersburg (FL) Times, CableVision and TV/Radio Age magazines? Have they purged the records of the Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism, where I earned by Masters degree?

A rogue multi-agency fusion center cabal once again demonstrates its incompetence and its evil. These rogues have hijacked our government and entrained our elected officials, and these subversive bureaucrats and their vigilante goon squads will NOT prevail.

While I do believe you are named "Vic Livingston" and you have provided some articles from when you worked for a small market newspaper in the '70's, anything beyond that is your claim and your claim alone.

Your claim all evidence of your work has been purged from the internet would be taken seriously if the fact of the matter wasn't that all serious journalists keep a copy of every work they submit to editorial staff. They don't just hand it over and trust they won't lose it or chop it to pieces.

I will say if you had a career as a reporter for Fox in a major market area like Philly your name would get thousands of hits from people discussing your stories- yes even now 15 years later. Googling Vic's name gets nothing before 2008.

All that is small potatoes to this: No journalist would fill his stories with so much unsubstantiated fabricated content and then attack anyone who asked them to provide a reference. I don't care who you are, your behaviour is irresponsible for a journalist and damaging to the credibility of the whole TI community.

Particularly damaging to the whole OS/EH story is the way you consistently take things that are absolute NOTHINGS and no possible way they could be anything but that (air conditioning didn't work, left the flashers on and killed the battery, he's censored, people broke in and left his tools out or rearranged his sock drawer, he's directed to"spoof" pages) then you complain the police won't investigate. Nobody will ever take us seriously.

As I have said before, you seem unwilling to undertake action to stop this and are having far too much fun amusing yourself with this to believe it. You give all the appearances of trying to portray a paranoid delusional, nasty, dishonest and all around clueless parody of a TI. If it's by accident you really need to seek professional help. Actually, no offense Vic - I think Vic is a persona. If you read his posts from a couple years ago, they are completely different - the character is more fleshed out. It's unlikely that a seasoned journalist would change his style so dramatically in such a short period of time. I thought of it more as a persona - such as Ritchie or Fonzie on Happy Days who go from being these actual characters to becoming caricatures over time.

Yes, badexperiment, it is black propaganda indeed. And, yes, it is intended to discredit the thread, in particular, to discredit Vic. It is also called psyops and those who do it, I call computer-perpetrators. Batvette, Tinker, Anonymous and Rosemary intentionally mix crazy statements along with some that make sense in an attempt to discredit Vic's legitimate description of how the US Military Industrial Complex's "virtual" Gulag and torture system has arisen and is functioning under everyone's noses in America. The US is not governed by Congress or the President -- the "official" government is a debating society. The M-I Complex has taken over and subverts the executive, judicial and legislative branches of government -- and DOJ nor all those lawyers in Congress do not seem to care a whit.
