Obama victory: french headlines by Palagret

Most french people would have vote for Barak Obama if it had been possible. The day after his victory, french newspaper where very positive.

Le Monde, avery serious paper, wrote without any emphasis: "L'Amérique choisit Barak Obama" (America chooses Barak Obama) and added a special supplemnt titled "Mister Président".

Libération, a left paper, said: Un rêve d'Amérique" (a dream of America".

Le Canard enchainé, a satiric weekly: "L'Amérique n'a plus peur du noir" (America is not afraid of the dark (black) anymore. Happy Hour!

Aujourd'hui said: 84 % of the french people is happy for Obama.
