US President Barack Obama met with Queen Elizabeth in England ahead of more protests during the G20 summit on Thursday. Obama said the queen was 'delightful' and chatted with the Royal Family on Wednesday night.
More riots and protests are expected today in front of major financial institutions today, including the London Stock Exchange and moving on to the ExCel Centre, where numerous anti-war protests are planned.
Some demonstrators are converging on the London Stock Exchange but the main focus will move to the ExCel Centre, where anti-war protests are planned from 1100 BST (1200 GMT).The Metropolitan Police, responsible for G20 security, have warned that there may be more clashes between officers and demonstrators after Wednesday's lengthy violent protests took place in London's financial district and eventually led to a man's death.

It was the American couple's first meeting with Queen Elizabeth II and her husband, Prince Philip. The queen and the prince entertained the Obamas in her private audience room, overlooking the palace gardens where thousands of daffodils and other flowers were in full bloom.

Well, Nice that Obama is delighted.
I doubt though that the people of this planet are finding much delight in any thing or any one any longer.

There is no doubt we all are suffering for the greed and government laziness and capitulation to their own self-interests by looking the other way when it suits them. However, that gives no excuse to the anarchists that use any opportunity to cause chaos and to take advantage of situations when it suits them.
Obama et al are all part of the power elite and the wheelers and dealers of the global economy. Capitalism hasn't failed. Human greed and government abuse of power has led to this global situation. Socialism, communism and capitalism all have their shortcommings. However, under proper guidelines and regulations capitalism allows for much more productive opportunities for the majority of the people. A caring society in the meanwhile understands that those that can not make it for any of a variety of reasons need to be helped and nurtured in what ever way is necessary for them to feel a part of the system.
