Much concern in the past two years has developed since more than one birth certificate for President Barack Obama has been located in Nairobi, Kenya and in Honolulu, Hawaii.

Many investigative reporters are trying feveriously to provide more evidence to gain the political support necessary to impeach President Barack Hussein Obama from the highest political office in America, President of the United States.

Unfortunately, these people are looking in the wrong places and nothing can materialize in the way they were meant to surface unless the facts are brought out into the open.

Right now in America we do have serious media flaws with issues that do have a lot to do with the problems in the computer and IT world. The computer has been bombarded by people from Asian countries who have made a living placing information or extracting it off of the internet. Whenever you want to find information you may find any type of information you seek because there are no guidelines which prevent people from placing incorrect birthdates, nationalities, personal histories, income statuses or other pertinent business which are misleading and creates false impressions enhancing the entire scheme of “identity theft.”

Many people have been able to get duplicate birth certificates up until recently. They were able to substitute information and/or gain phony passports. However, what true facts surrounding Obama’s actual birth are particularly important to the American people or Congress on this subject matter?

It's known for a fact that there was an American woman called "Stanley Ann Dunham" who supposedly worked in education or as a teacher that flew back to Kenya with her first husband when he decided to leave Harvard for his vacation time. That man was supposedly the first African man admitted to Harvard Law School and this history also surrounds the young, contentious President Barack Obama who followed his father’s footsteps and attended Harvard, as well.

What is essential in these facts and should be prioritized as what everyone "needs to know" is that if there is a father from Kenya and if there is a mother who resided in Hawaii or Kansas then she and he must have lived in Cambridge for a little while since Sr. Obama supposedly went to Harvard in Massachusetts.

And ideally the issues surrounding these facts should be "What airlines were running in 1946 from Massachusetts to Nairobi or from Honolulu to Nairobi?" That may be exactly how they got back and forth from such a faraway kingdom as Kenya. Maybe she was forced to stay in Kenya and could not fly back to her home in the last 4 weeks of her pregnancy?

Most assuredly, women are not allowed to fly when they are pregnant so this is most likely the reason that Barack was not born in Cambridge or Nairobi in 1946. The couple may not have been able to fly from Hawaii or to other countries easily.

Obama's father and mother must have been very wealthy to fly all over the world in 1946 right after World War II.

Now not saying that I believe that Barack Obama was born in the U.S. or Kenya. He may have just as easily been born in Saudi Arabia, for that matter. But the truth lies in these facts.

Without pure essential information and facts we have nothing to use with our Constitution. As for the “Justice for All” business that people still seem to throw around when they discuss laws and the U.S. Constitution - those laws are intended to be interpreted with good honor.

Surely, it was written into law in 1787 that when our Constitution was adopted that the President of the United States must be a natural born citizen, or a citizen at the time that the adopted law was written which would have been in 1787 and again in 1946.

However, in 1951 the 22nd Amendment was ratified to create a new lingo regarding the "President and Vice President" and the time frame that they may participate in office. Since there were questions on rules and regulations during Dwight Eisenhower's term in office those issues were addressed.

Specifically, this amendment updated the fact that there could not be a president in office for more than two consecutive terms. Yet, it did not finalize any additional clauses such as, "natural born citizen" or "citizen" when this constitutional law was adopted, Yet, due to an impropriety or lack thereof, responding to the issue of eligibility of President or Vice President of the United States; I daresay that "being a naturalized citizen" from childhood in Hawaii makes President Barack Hussein Obama an eligible person to be president whether he was born in the United States or in some international vacation haven. Of course, being born in Saudi Arabia or Indonesia are two countries that may instigate an entirely different situation.

On July 9, 1868, Amendment 14, ratified the U.S. Constitution again to consider that all citizens whether born or naturalized as in the case of children of citizens or those who migrated to the U.S. from foreign countries and were given U.S. citizenship were eligible to hold the office of president or vice president. The exact terminology is in Amendment XIV Section 1. All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.”

President Barack Obama has lived in the United States since he was a young child and he served three terms as a State Senator of Illinois until he became a U. S. Senator in 2005 for Illinois. He served that position until he became the Democratic nominee for president in 2008.

Thus, President Barack Hussein Obama is eligible to be the President of the United States based on the ratification of Constitutional laws in 1868 which supersedes the terminology of eligibility requirements that were written into law in 1787.

One of the requirements of the U.S. Constitution that was originally created to protect the citizens of the United States from discrimination or undue prosecution demands that the laws are updated and there have been several amendments written over the last two hundred years yet, if the general Congress requires that the person running for the office of president or vice president be born in the U.S. then, it is essential that the amendment be introduced into legislation again.

As our Constitutional laws read now, any citizen in America may run for the office of president or vice president providing he or she holds a U. S. passport or citizenship papers. Legislation should be enforced now that a citizen must be born in the U.S. and should be solely a resident of the U.S. full-time and not be a dual-citizen, if this is the will of the people. This is primarily for the consideration of representing the whole of the U.S. and each state to its fullest. And remember America is "the Land of Opportunity" and now we know why. Our forefathers wanted and expected that the United States be an American territory filled with the citizens of the entire world encompassing all nationalities, cultures, races and religions. Perhaps, there should be a question regarding this issue on our next voting ballot. In this way, the people of the United States will have a voice regarding the future requirements for president and vice president.

As I live and breathe! It is unbelievable this nonsense has survived as long as it has and it did so with the help of the idiot media pretending this was a legitimate story.The Kenyan birth certificate mentioned here was dismissed some time ago. The only idiots keeping this tripe alive are World Nut Daily, the Washington Times, who frequently post articles from 'I see Muslims everywhere and Obama's their leader!' Frank Gaffney and the Religious Right but, in their case, if the President is the anti Christ, then I guess he IS an alien!

As far as religion goes, I agree with my family members.  Religion has long been a source of chaos, indifference, war and greed.  That is not what the first Martin Luther King wanted.  Jesus was a man that tried to instill the brotherly love values on people and unfortunately, the older I grow the more I see that there will always be two sides of the coin. There is no way to change the bad into good unless the bad wants to be good. And that is true for the opposite -- There is no way to change good into bad unless the good wants to be bad.  Human nature rules our egos and it decides our fate. Praying for the Lord our God is a good thing that helps to bring good on us. Religion is a good thing if it is used for spiritual love and guidance. If it is used to create a financial stool for the wicked or a confusing platform for those who are so heated by the sun and who are very sick and confused due to the heat in their bodies, it is not a good thing.  Many different bibles were written but there is only one thing that is important and they are basically the commandments.  Those are the rules that help to make us whole and considerate. They help to give us hope and strength in our daily lives.
