Sen. Barack Obama (D-IL), presidential candidate, speaks at University of North Carolina, Charlotte, hours after learning of his grandmothers passing, Madelyn Dunham "Toot". She passed at her home in Honolulu between 4 a.m. and 5 a.m. Eastern time at the age of 86. Under a gray and rainy sky on November 3, 2008, supporters, onlookers and various media gathered and braved the unpredictable weather to hear Sen. Obama give one of his last speeches before election day on November 4, 2008.

The first priority should be to focus on changing neo-classical economic polities that lead to 18 years Real Estate Boom/Bust cycles caused by land / resource speculators.
