After his inauguration ceremony, he took the west wing and started a democrat year in the US, as the first african-american president of the United States of America.

I remember only 3 things (maybe 4) from this year.

No. 1. Economic Crisis.

President Obama created a plan: how to rescue banking sector, corps etc. -  with the power of state - just like in communism.

No. 2.  Guantanamo and Afghanistan.

Decision have made: Close Guantanamo. The symbol of torture by US army and CIA. A good point, but there's still prisoners who held in Guantanamo because there's not enough evidences to make them guilty in a US court - and they wouldn't like to free them. ( Don't know how dangerous are they)

No. 3. Terrorism

25/12/2009. A terrorist tried to blow up himself and a plane in the air (correctly: before landing). The British MI-6 sent details about the suspected terrorist to CIA one year earlier. But something went wrong because he became a terrorist... Hopefully the passengers stopped him. (maybe they are the best to become CIA agents)

No. 4. Health Care

A plan to grant health care to nearly  30 million US citizens, who can't pay it for themselves.

It's a great idea, and I can't understand the Republicans. Why they wouldn't like to help?

Maybe it's not so interesting after 41. (But hope the bill gone through the congress)

Wish a better year for President Obama..

So basically you are saying he fails on all counts?

Yes, it was a good year!

A majority of people voted for a platform of ideas well vetted in advance of the election, execept the details. Therein lies the problem. Did they know for what they voted? Did Obama deliver what he promised? Where is the disconnect?

They voted for hope and change. So far, change has been illusive, hope is fading fast. For many of us, our best hope is that the remainder of his agenda meets with as much approval as Obamacare.
