Over 100 Arrested at Occupy Boston Protest

Police arrested around 130 people in an effort to break up the Occupy Boston protest. One of the dozens of protests springing up in solidarity with Occupy Wall Street, Occupy Boston has gathered up to ten thousand demonstrators.

In the early hours of October 11, police in riot gear arrested protestors, legal observers, and medical workers, and are being accused of police brutality.

The demonstrators were arrested for "unlawful assembly" as the protest spread from Dewey Square to the Rose Kennedy Greenway. The police attack was caught on video, which you can see below. While Occupy Wall Street still has most of the media attention, there's nothing like a mass arrest to make the folks at home take notice.
