Occupy Wall Street Prepares 5,000 Thanksgiving Meals

NEW YORK (AP) - Occupy Wall Street protesters say they’re getting ready to celebrate Thanksgiving with music performances and meals for 5,000 people.

Protesters will have turkey with all the fixings on Thursday, along with cranberries and mashed potatoes, said Cari Machet, a volunteer with the demonstrators’ public relations working group.
