"Officer Bubbles"- From Bubbles to Bookings?

What a shameful display of absolute bullying by this miserable excuse for a policeman.   He should be thoroughly ashamed of himself.   I bet he loves to pull wings off flies in his spare time.  He was looking for a fight and even when this young woman was polite, he persisted until he illegally arrested her.   Toronto police and Mr. Smug Arrogant Bill Blair should be hanging their heads in shame and moving to a country that allows unabated police intimidation and brutality.   Oh wait....that would be Canada currently.   Frightening!   What happens when the police break the law.....m.m.m.m.m. oh yes....nothing.
