Ohio Man Sentenced to 17 1/2 Years for Receiving Child Porn

CINCINNATI, OHIO
Anthony J. Graff, 49, of Cincinnati was sentenced to 210 months in prison yesterday for receiving child pornography. He was also sentenced to serve the rest of his life under court supervision after his prison time. The maximum sentence he could have received was 240 months. Federal law will also require him to register as a sex offender.
Graff was identified as being a customer of Itallian child porn video producers who were selling child porn online.
The Itallian child porn producers were arrested in 2006 for the production and sale of child porn. E-Mail records showed Graff had been purchasing child porn from them since early 2005. Records also showed that Graff had also written scripts and ordered " a custom child pornography video" from the Itallian website. Graff had identified a particular child he wanted to perform in the video.
When Graff's premises were searched numerous computer records depicted child pornography many containing images and video of sadistic and other violent and sexual acts with children less than 12 years old.Graff was remanded to the custody of the U.S. Marshals following his sentencing hearing to immediately begin serving his sentence.
