An elderly man watching a construction site from his car was killed when a crane fell putting a steeple on an Oklahoma City church earlier today.

Ambulance officials say a 78-year-old woman who was also in the car was transported to a hospital in good condition.

The accident happened in the church parking lot Thursday morning. The operator of the crane was not injured.

There have been several deadly crane accidents around the country this year, including one in Houston last week that killed four workers. Crane-related deaths have also occurred in New York, Miami and Las Vegas.

Too bad for the loss.

There have been many accidents like this recently.  Who made those cranes?  If it is China, the news would not hesitate broadcasting it.
