olympic torch relay san francisco 2008

These were taken from the streets of San Francisco during the Olympic Torch Relay in 2008. The Summer Games will be held this year in Beijing, China amid much controversy. The torch itself played hide and go seek with the crowds. As protesters blocked the planned route, the city moved the entire route to the other side of the city. Protesters and observers scrambled to catch up, and I chased it on my mountain bike throughout the day. Enjoy!
