MANHATTAN SUPREME COURT- JUSTICE Charles H Solomon wants to know what's taking District Attorney Cy Vance Jr. so long to reach a plea agreement for a teenage arson suspect.

Kyle Shaw, 18 is accused by prosecutors of setting up a bomb outside a Starbucks on the Upper East Side.

"I understand the District Attorney is a very busy man but when do you think this decision will be made", said Justice Solomon in a Manhattan courtroom this afternoon.

Assistant District Attorney Christopher Ryan said he didn't "know what the proper time frame is."

The District Attorney’s office is reportedly considering a plea of a lesser charge for the 18 year old.

Defense attorney Adam Perlmutter, seemed patient and willing to wait for an offer from prosecutors “whatever the decision I’d like to have some time to meet with them [D.A.’s office].”

Justice Solomon has set July 13th for the next control hearing in this case.
