Duchess Of York Drunk When Trying To Sell Meet Up With Prince Andrew

In a revealing interview with Oprah Winfrey to be aired today the Duchess of York wipes tears from her eyes as she tries to explain why she was caught trying to sell access to es-husband Prince Andrew The Duke of York to an undercover reporter from the News of The World.

The Duchess claims that she had not seen the whole video until watching it alongside Oprah, tissue in hand. The Duchess says:

“I haven't faced the devil in the face. Because I was in the gutter at that moment. So I'm aware of the fact that I've been drinking, you know, that I was not in my right place.”

In the video she is seen offering to get access to the Duke for a sum of £500,000.

Initially the Duchess was to film just a 10 minute apology but it turned into an hour long interview where it is said Winfrey asks some tough questions.

Some feel that the interview is a way for the Duchess to get on the road to some quick money with the Oprah Winfrey interview leading to new media opportunities to help salve her current financial problems without having to sell other members of the Royal Family to the highest bidder.

The Duchess is thought to currently have debts in excess of £1 million.
