Bank Robbers Reportedly Dressed in Halloween Costumes Attempted to Hold Up a Bank on Friday

The bank, located at Northeast 42nd Avenue and Alberta Street, was reportedly held up around noon on Friday, with witnesses saying at least one shot was fired.

There were also early reports that some bank employees were being held hostage.

The suspects have now fled the bank and police are conducting an investigation.

Employees at an ice cream shop across the street said three bank employees came running into the shop yelling that there had been a violent robbery.

We will update with more information if it becomes available.
