Our Lady of Perpetual Help Basilica Boston: Ted Kennedy Service
After Ted Kennedy is driven through the streets of Boston in a motorcade, and will then lie in repose for two days at the John F. Kennedy Presidential Library. His body will be then brought to the Roman Catholic Basilica of Our Lady of Perpetual Help in Boston. There he will have his funeral service, before being finally laid to rest at Arlington National Cemetery.
The funeral is a private affair and will not be open to the public.
This is the same basilica however that Ted Kennedy's daughters came and prayed at when their father was undergoing treatment on his lungs.
The Lady of Perpetual Help is also called the Mission Church and is located in the Mission Hill District.
In lieu of flowers, the Kennedy family asks for donations be made to educational programming at the Edward M. Kennedy Institute for the United States Senate.

Judas Eschariot is extremely proud of your Church, taking those 30 pieces of Silver from the Kennedy's. Anythng for cash, what a sad state for the Church! Being a Catholic myself I am extremly embarrassed, but really don't feel your part of the Church. Dan G. - Cincinnati
