Outpost Afghanistan

In the wake of the Mumbai attacks and India’s finger pointing at Pakistan on the basis of old information without any new evidence whatsoever Pakistan is facing a resurgence of militant activity in its western border area with Afghanistan. The so-called liberation movement in Baluchistan is being ratcheted up as is evident from the recent statements and activities of a particular set of Baluchis. This should confirm the fact that India’s outpost for subversion against Pakistan is Afghanistan—not that confirmation was ever needed.

  It is from the string of Indian ‘consulates’ in Afghanistan with zero consular work that subversive activity is being orchestrated. Even Indian ‘diplomats’ in Central Asian and Middle Eastern countries are involved in this activity. The full range of activity is fully in the knowledge of the Northern Alliance backed  government of Afghanistan with Karzai as the puppet head. War lords, drug barons, weapons smugglers and local Afghans all know exactly how India is exploiting Afghanistan to undermine Pakistan but are quiet because it suits them.. In the process India is seriously antagonizing Taleban, Al Qaeda and the Afghans in Southern Afghanistan—this might explain Al Qaeda inroads into Mumbais underworld and the terrorist movements springing up inside India. India’s treatment of Muslims and the atrocities against them in Kashmir are powerful motivational factors.

  Indian activities range from paying head money for every foreigner killed or kidnapped in Afghanistan and Pakistan to financing militants, recruitment and training of militants from Pakistan and bank rolling ‘leaders’ and subversives in Baluchistan. The monster being created by India for Pakistan has the potential to eventually turn on its master and engulf the entire region and beyond.

  Pakistan needs to take a deeper look at every single terrorist event in its territory from the angle of false flag operations. The US and NATO need to investigate incidents that are routinely laid at Pakistan’s door. There is now very little doubt that India has the worst kind of home grown terrorism with rabid Hindu leaders mouthing threats openly. There is evidence of political, bureaucratic and military linkages with these terrorists and with the underworld network. Oppressed Muslim youth are rising against these threats within India and other badly treated minorities are joining them. India’s north eastern states have long running insurgencies and together with the freedom struggle in Kashmir these are a tinder box waiting for a match.

  The answer to Mumbai is within India and the Indian policies and activities that are spawning hatred within India and in the entire region. Afghans and Pakistanis need to analyse the Indian agenda in the interest of their future and the security of their people. The US and UK need to examine the new great game unless they are part of it—they certainly cannot be oblivious of what is going on.
