The hotel industry in Pakistan in general and the country’s commercial capital and largest city, Karachi in particular, is expected to suffer millions of rupees per day loss following en masse cancellation of corporate and family functions and huge checkouts by the foreigners in the backdrop of the Islamabad suicide bombing at the Marriott Hotel over the weekend that shook the entire country.
