arunroy, I like this story. It's good stuff.
Of course they think that. Should be strange when they had siad: Joe Biden is the best choice.
No the wordt choice in this election is made by John McCain. He wanted a lady. Well she looks like a lady, that is correct, but her behaviour can be compared with The Vikings.
You may jknow them from a few hunderds of years ago.

A few day ago, Biden himself said (in Hew Hampshire) that Hillary is the better pick for VP. It really made Obama look stupid for choosing someone who doesn't believe he's qualified to serve as VP. The Democratic National Committee headed by Dean railroaded the primaries to favor Obama and made sure the VP selection committee would be manned by anti- Hillary people. Obama, blinded by arrogance junked Clinton- who won the popular vote and all the big states, choose old man Biden. Corporate interest (and corporate media) have once more shown its ugly head as they manipulate this elections to put their puppet in the White House. How Biden would fit in a platform of "Change" just puzzles me. Obama himself with his poor Senate record have to hide behind the slogan of "Change", hoping that jargon and sloganeering would do it for him. Weeks after Obama thrashed Hillary, he's now on a smearing campaign after McCain chose a woman for VP. That now famous "Lipstick on a Pig" just show how arrogant Obama is and that he would continue to discredit and trash all women who would cross his way. Obama- the African-American, is now facing an All American woman. Hillary is an All American too and Obama now needs her, to exploit and use Hillary- the woman he junked, to face up with Palin. Its so embarrassing that US politicians can do this to women.

In the old days the Convention chose both the Pres candidate and the VP candidate. Usually the #2 would emerge as the VP candidate. This modern practice of letting the Pres candidate choose his own VP candidate BEFORE the Convention is probably only pragmatic and not a good idea.
