Parcel Bomb Blast at the Swiss and Chilean Embassies in Rome?
Parcel bomb blasts have injured two people at the Swiss and Chilean embassies in the Italian capital Rome.
A Swiss member of staff at the Swiss embassy received serious hand injuries, police said.
Hours later, a parcel bomb exploded at the Chilean embassy, where one person was hurt.
There was no indication of who might have sent the two devices but Italian media suggest an "eco-terrorist" link.
Speaking after the Swiss blast, Italian Foreign Minister Franco Frattini condemned its as a "deplorable" act.
