Part Two -Gang Stalking and Directed Energy Harassment

I am The Victim, and this is the first installment of my diary . . .
It was about four months after moving into the Pavilion Apartments on Broad Street (Newark, New Jersey, USA) that I first saw him. One late summer day, after arriving home from work, I noticed him by the convenience store on the first floor. He was a white Hispanic, perhaps in his late 30’s, dressed in nondescript street clothing. His one dominant physical trait was an intense, piercing scowl. I could feel the heat of his stare as I waited for the elevator. “Why are you angry at me?” I wondered to myself. I had never seen him before. Yet, his piercing scowl insisted that he knew me. However, he said nothing. After boarding the elevator, I quickly forgot about him.
In the days immediately following, I began to see the “Scowler” more frequently as I entered and left my residence. He would always be in the lobby or just outside the main entrance. His furrowed brow and ill-tempered glare were always focused on me. I did not recognize him as a tenant, nor did he appear to associate with any tenants or workers. Yet he always had that scowl . . . never saying a word . . . this was getting weird.
One day, I came down to the lobby to use the pay phone. I was having problems with the phone in my apartment, and called for repairs. My call, it seemed, had attracted the ill-tempered attention of the “Scowler.” He stood about ten feet away, trying to follow my conversation. As always, he said nothing as he stared. I finished my call and left wondering who this man is, and why he seemed so interested in me. Little did I know that a chain of events that shortly followed would draw me into a confrontation with the “Scowler.”
After retiring one night soon afterward, I was suddenly awakened by an incredible level of noise coming from the apartment above mine. The racket was intense. There were shouts, cursing, banging on the floor, stomping . . . a real production. It seemed that each time I started to doze off, the cacophony would became even louder. This went on from about 12 midnight to four o’clock in the morning. Up until this evening, I had never heard a sound from the apartment above mine. In fact, I thought it was vacant. The noise seemed purposeful, intended to harass. It was focused directly above my bed and appeared to be the work of at least two or three individuals.
I wondered if I was the target of harassment. And, if so, why? I was a good tenant, quiet . . . my rent was paid . . . I had made no enemies I knew of . . . This was bizarre. However, I decided not to react too quickly. Perhaps I was making more of this than I needed to. I did not call the police or complain to the building management. Maybe it was an isolated incident that would not repeat itself in the future.
I got up at 6 in the morning, sleepless and tired, to prepare for work. All was now quiet. I showered and dressed. After leaving my apartment, I took the elevator to the lobby. The elevator was empty and immediately available. That is unusual for this time of the morning when the elevator is usually packed with people rushing to work. Perhaps what happened next explains why.
Upon leaving the elevator, the first face I saw was that of the “Scowler.” He stood directly in my line of vision and blocked the path I take to exit the building. The “Scowler” wanted my attention. His menacing gaze was, as always, focused on me. Standing behind him were about seven of the maintenance workers in the building, including the Superintendent. It seemed that they had formed an audience for just this encounter. The “Scowler’s” mouth had a crooked, self-satisfied grin that was both mocking and challenging. Still, he said nothing . . . However, it was clear from his stance and countenance that I was being lured into a confrontation.
The noisy harassment of the past evening started to flood my thoughts. Was the Scowler responsible for the harassment I had just experienced? It seemed logical to connect his sudden appearance with that event. What was the intent behind all of this? Who is this “Scowler?”
What would you do if you were in my shoes? You are tired, robbed of a good night’s sleep, and suddenly face someone whose hostile attitude and menacing stance suggests that he is responsible for it all. How do you respond in that instant? Would you accuse him? Have harsh words? Lose your temper? Could it escalate to violence? Also, what would be the consequences if you acted rashly, emotionally, without thinking first?
In the fraction of time it took me to take my first step out of that elevator, I said a quick prayer. That is something I always do when under pressure. That prayer instantly brought a small proverb to mind; “return evil for evil to no one.” (Romans 12:17) By the time I took my third step towards the “Scowler,” I was smiling. I knew how I should should respond. I greeted everyone with a warm “good morning,” navigated my way through the maze of individuals and exited the building. No anger, no accusations, no lost temper.
As I walked, all eyes seemed to follow me to the door, especially those of the “Scowler.” I felt a strong sense of relief, knowing that I had responded wisely. I also had the feeling that I had foiled a nasty scheme. But who was my antagonist? Who is the “Scowler?” Was he involved in the harassment I experienced the night before in some way? If so, than I had just survived a sophisticated psychological attack. If I had acted rashly, on impulse, it would have instantly destroyed a good reputation I enjoyed among my neighbors. I both marveled at the sophistication of this attack, and wondered about its intent. I also wondered if it really was an attack or merely a string of coincidences.
It proved to be no coincidence. You see, the “Scowler” would quickly make his presence felt again. And, I would receive my first clue to his identity.

I to am now currently the targat of "gang stalking" And have been for a # of years. I would lkie to hear more of your storey and perhaps tell of my own but since it is still going on I don't know the outcome yet. But it is reaching crittical status and I maybe forced into the point of no return. I'm currently residing in south western B.C. Canada.

Educate, Educate, Educate, Advertise, Advertise is the only way to stop them. It doesn't matter if you miss some finer points in your experience as long as you expose people to the phenomenon of GANG STALKING. It only take one good coverage to verify your experience…. Inform victims to use mass e-mail to educate the community around them and elsewhere.
1. Use email spider to search and locate all email addresses of interested sites; colleges, Human Rights group, Humane Society, Suicide Prevention, unsolved murder, churches, news media, workplace of friends and family and yourself etc. ( A good one I found is from troyeesoft.com}
2. Use Email extrator to extract all e-mail address from email spider... use excel to make minor adjustments. and the format "Names, E-mail, Notes" to import to google email contact list.............. use groups to organized thousands of email... and send e-mail as a group.. (I use Email and Data Extrator Pro 3.3.0 from www.easiestutils.com)
3. Consider using a mass - email service something like $29 / month to distribute 100,000 emails a month to all public officials and educators.
4. Sign up with FACEBOOK.COM AND SEARCH " GANG STALKING" JOIN THE DISCUSSION GROUP.
5. Educate everybody before doing something stupid, well at least we know why you did what you did.

T, I went through those stories a couple of weeks ago, and I didn't see a connection to gangstalking in the SF story, and while anything is possible in the zhou suicide,no suggestion of it in the coverage I saw. Did I miss something?

-rumours spread at work by Muslim coworkers, customers turned through defamation campaign against excellent employee who had an unblemished work record, information stollen from mailbox at work, property vandalized constantly --esp inside lining of coats ripped out at armpit, shoes vandalized, dirt spread in work area, caustic chemicals planted in work area, including turpentine off-gassing from paper, which it was planted in his work area
-employee eventually becomes ill and the same campaign of psychological torture moves into his rental premises:
-premises entered illegally while he is out
-property is vandalized, but done in such a way that clothing is worthless, but does not look obviously attacked --eg tiny hole in toe of hundreds of dollars of high quality new socks for the first time in his life
-his furniture is destroyed with chemical poisons, which are regularly planted in it
-effort made to prevent him from dressing in a normal, dignified way, so that he will appear unkempt, therefore not credible
-he is gang stalked by Muslims and Chinese everywhere he goes
-he installs $1,000 worth of new double deadbolt locks, but he was gangstalked to the locksmith
-locksmith speaks to him on phone before installation --voice sounds extremely stressed, but then later, sounds norma
-there is clear evidence that the rental unit has been entered while he was out after the installation of the locks: ie locksmith was threatened and had to provide a copy of the keys to terrorist network
-chemicals are planted in furniture, clothing, towels and offgas into his unit, causing extreme, incapacitating symptoms
-this account is absolutely true!
-please inform yourself further; look up "covert harrassment"
-actually "covert torture and terrorism is more accurate; it appears that the intention is to cause harm to the point of death, if possible
-websites accuse the government of attacking its citizens; but does the government want people to be forced out of work and unable to pay taxes?
-this victim has seen evidence that Islam is quietly forcing non Muslims out of their work and homes and indeed lives in this way; this is the theory he is looking into
-the same methods of defamation, chemical poisoning and insidious vandalism that he observed for ten years at work are being used at his home
-we have been brainwashed to think that if Muslims are doing this to you and you cry out for help, you are at fault; this is a vicious lie; you cannot know which Muslims are really your friends and which hide murderous intentions under a smile
-they control all the mass transit and mass communications in his city downtown and no transaction is possible in any store, security company, telephone company, cable company, computer company that Muslim employees do not have access to
-this vicious crime is going on in your neighborhood, too!

In my opinion these groups are basically high tech gangs. Yes they have connections to corrupt people in positions of power who's services have been bought and paid for. Most sites that are bringing gang stalking to the public's attention are complaining about how changes in laws have provided an avenue for criminal gangs to steal anyone's private information. Wiretapping, illegal entry, active and aggressive techniques used in surveillance without court orders under the guise of rooting out terrorism has made anyone a possible target for criminals. The sad part of it when people try to get help from the police they find they are very uncooperative. When they try to bring the problem to the attention of outside authorities they will direct you back to the local police stating that they will investigate themselves.These stalking gangs are vicious and dangerous. I have had a bomb planted and exploded in my mail box, gasoline thrown on my garage door, pet killed, multiple break ins, gas stove turned on half way to fill room with gas when no one was home, destruction of personal property, electronic harassment, personal harassment and stalking. If this is not terrorism I don't know what would qualify. Somehow this doesn't justify a legitimate investigation by authorities.

Has anyone noticed that we don't hear about the Mafia anymore?
Organized crime is being run by these gangs for the wealthy and elite. They have technology developed with tax payer money. They have connections to people within our government. Law enforcement has for the most part ignored it. Nobody wants to inform or help stop it. They are looking out for their own skin. It is worse than a gang and on an international scale.
This is the crime wave that is sweeping our country. It already existed in the former Soviet Union and other 3rd World countries. Our own people brought it over here. They are running everything from drugs, prostitution, revenge for hire, etc..

For over sixteen years I have tried to get some private or governmental dept to help me in stopping the violation of my civil rights involving I believe to be Federal and state agents .They have harassed,attacked,violated me and my rights as a united states born tax paying working sixty year old male,and still to date am still being harassed and torchured with energy weapons that I believe only federal agents or law inforcement would have access to or know where to get such devices and equipment for detection of such devices.I have contacted just to name a few congressman,senitors,justice dept,attorneys,ACLU,law enforcement just to be blown off, NO LOOKING INTO ANY PART of my story.NO INVESTIGATION of any nature. So What does that tell you????? What it tells me is they are probably part if not all of the problem and don't want it to be solved.Again our Government involved in useing the people of the usa as test rats for the 21st century. How does it feel to know every thing you were taught in school involving your rights is just bull shit,and most all elected officials are in it for there gain not in helping better things for the masses. It may be the best country for opertunity but when they take it all away for some bogus bull where does that leave you?? (answer)..............(moscow)................. I have documentation since this started in 1993.

In 1979 I enlisted in the Navy and served on a carrier performing the most dangerous peacetime occupation in the military, working topside on the flight deck. I had been brought up believing in America, hated the Ayatollah in Iran, and would have given my life for my country had war broken out with the Soviet Union, whom I had been conditioned to believe was evil.
Imagine my surprise a few years ago finding the whole thing was complete BS, that there is a secret police force in America with no due process, no accountability, of cold sadistic dimwit ****heads who think it's their patriotic duty to attack the home team behind friendly lines- in secrecy, like a slimy insect under a dark rock, they hide, only getting away with this garbage because the public doesn't know about it. The first part of the military enlistment contract says you will defend he US constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic. Since these activities are about the most unconstitutional thing I can imagine, this makes those engaged in it enemies of freedom, enemies of America, and it may ultimately be up to every person who enlisted in the military, to declare these people enemy combatants and destroy them.
I know I didn't spend 4 years risking my life to ward off Soviet opression and secure a free nation just t have these punks bring that crap here and grasp it as their own, and stab me in the back as a target for the favor. And SO sneaky about it. None of you have nut #1, you can't say squat to our face, all you stalkers, all you snitches, just figure hell is likely to be a lot like prison.
