U.S. Department of Defense Deputy Secretary William J. Lynn III, former executive and a chief lobbyist of Raytheon Co., patent holder of the cell tower microwave radio frequency directed energy weapon system that, according to NowPublic.com "Get Political" journalist Vic Livingston, is used by Lockheed Martin operatives to silently torture, impair, subjugate and “menticide” American citizens extrajudicially targeted as “dissidents” or undesirables, is resigning “for personal reasons,” the Pentagon says.
Livingston, a longtime mainstream newspaper and TV journalist, had suggested on government websites that new Defense Secretary Leon Panetta and the U.S. Justice Department ask Lynn what he knows about electromagnetic assaults on American citizens – and when he knew it.
From 2001 to 2009, Lynn served as senior vice president of government operations and strategy at Raytheon Co., a major U.S. defense contractor and a prime patentholder of the U.S. government’s classified “multifunctional radio frequency directed energy weapon” (Patent No. 7629918), a domestic offensive weapon system deployed on cell towers nationwide.
Lynn was Raytheon’s lobbying chief; his 2009 appointment by President Obama stirred much controversy, given candidate Obama’s pledge to end the “revolving door” of lobbyists entering government service upon their retirement from the private sector, a policy codified in an Obama administration executive order that mandates a two-year waiting period. But the Obama White House granted a special waiver, citing Lynn's rich experience and knowledge of high-tech weapons systems.

The deployment of the cell tower directed energy weapon system, and the fact that it is being used to silently assault, torture and impair extrajudicially “targeted individuals,” many of them unknowing American citizens, was first revealed in a December 2009 NowPublic.com article by veteran mainstream media business journalist Vic Livingston.
Livingston, 61, is a veteran mainstream newspaper, TV and magazine reporter and editor who has worked for The Philadelphia Bulletin, The St. Petersburg Times, and the Fox TV news station in Philadelphia. He also served as an editor of major television industry trade journals, and from 1998 to 2004 he produced and hosted the ”Sports Business Report” show for New York’s Madison Square Garden Network.
Livingston also is a victim of extrajudicial electromagnetic torture and impairment, which he says has left him physically weakened, with degraded vision, hearing and other significant deleterious effects on his health and well-being.

This morning, I discovered several disturbing signs of malicious home intrusion. The first was the worst. When I went into the bathroom, I was overcome by the foul smell of urine. It was not coming from the toilet, I discovered; following the scent, I found that the toilet brush, secured in its holder, was coated with a yellow pasty substance that reeked of urine – as if someone mixed hand cream with urine and dipped the brush into the disgusting mixture.
As soon as I rinsed off the brush by flushing the toilet, the noxious coating was washed away and the stench of urine was gone.
Clearly, someone entered our bathroom, just off the bedroom where my wife and I were sleeping, and fouled the object with urine, or a yellow substance that smelled exactly like urine.
THIS TERRORISTIC ACT OF HOME INTRUSION AND MALICIOUS, SADISTIC VANDALISM COULD NOT HAPPEN UNLESS LOCKHEED MARTIN USED THE ELECTROMAGNETIC DIRECTED ENERGY WEAPON SYSTEM UNDER ITS CONTROL TO ENSURE THAT THE ‘TARGETS’ DID NOT AWAKEN TO CONFRONT THE INTRUDER.
Some families (not ours) possess firearms. I keep a big stick handy just in case I am confronted by an intruder. Other folks are armed with Mace, knives, or some other mode of defense. But if the “targets” are soundly “put under” by radio frequency manipulation of their neurological brain functions, there is zero chance that they will awaken, I have learned from years of experience as a victim of these heinous acts.
My point is this: THE ELECTROMAGNETIC ASSAULTS GO HAND IN GLOVE WITH THE DOMESTIC TERRORISM KNOWN AS ‘GANG STALKING’ AND SERIAL SURREPTITIOUS CRIMINAL HOME INTRUSIONS. The epidemic of community-based domestic terrorism is directly related to government complicity in the silent electromagnetic assault of many thousands of “targeted individuals,” whose family members are victimized along with the “target.”

As mentioned, the urine-coated toilet brush was not the only malicious vandalism I discovered this morning. I also found the familiar brown, caustic, acidic goo coated on two pieces of cutlery, and on an electric fan, whose internal mounting screws were loosened, causing the unit to separate and make noise as it ran. I had to take the fan apart to tighten the screws. I also found the brown acidic goo coating the threads on the screw cap that secures the fan blade, making it difficult to disassemble the unit. Apologists for domestic terrorism might say that the vandalism was minor, repairable (in THIS case; I’d had major home systems, including our heating system, sabotaged, necessitating repairs that cost hundreds of dollars, and our family cars have been vandalized, too.
WE HAVE LIVED IN TERROR FOR MORE THAN SEVEN YEARS IN LOWER BUCKS COUNTY, PA. NO AUTHORITY, LOCAL, STATE OR FEDERAL, WILL INVESTIGATE. PUBLIC SAFETY WORKERS, INCLUDING SOME POLICE, ARE AMONG THOSE WHO HAVE TERRORIZED US.
Two years ago, I was assaulted and falsely arrested by police in an adjacent township who apparently worked hand-in-glove with country dispatch and the black ops community stalkers, whose false accusation led to ME being charged with misdemeanor “stalking.” The charge was summarily dismissed when police failed to produce a complainant at a hearing. But a local attorney advised me to plead “no contest” and enter a probationary program that would have stained my record and reputation. As it is, I now have an “arrest record,” even though the charge was dismissed – a fact of which I am reminded nearly every day, as advertisements about viewing arrest records online pop up like clockwork over my computer connection, which I know is intercepted and controlled by Lockheed Martin’s censorship regime in a 24/7 “man in the middle attack” that facilitates censorship and real-time malicious tampering with my telecommunications, even my off-line computing (apparently via radio frequency “malware”).
ONLY RAIDS AND ARRESTS BY THE CIVIL RIGHTS DIVISION OF THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE CAN RESTORE THE RULE OF LAW IN AMERICA.
I strongly recommend that federal civil rights officials make an example of Lockheed Martin, with major installations in Norristown, Montgomery County, PA, and in Cherry Hill, NJ; the Mid-Atlantic Great Lakes Organized Crime Law Enforcement Network (MAGLOCLEN) and the affiliated RISS Intelligence (fusion) center in Newtown, PA, the coordinating entity of extrajudicial persecution in the mid-Atlantic states, including PA, NJ, DE, MD and the District of Columbia; and all agencies, commands and corporations affiliated with MAGLOCLEN-RISS, which I consider a rogue organization that operates outside the bounds of the law and common human decency and morality.

Now, ask yourself - if this is true, what possible strategic value would an act of such ridiculous vandalism accomplish?
Perhaps the ONLY motive for such a ridiculous act of vandalism is make Scrivener appear to be a mentally unhinged individual in his reporting of it.
In so doing "they" hope to nuetralize all of his reporting on the WMT's and related inhumane "programs".

The petty nature of these acts of terrorism knows no bounds. The intent is to terrorize by committing acts that the victim would be disinclined to report, for the very reason you cite. That's all part of the M.O. I am factually reporting what happened because only awareness of the depravity of these "programs" will lead decent people in law enforcement to put a stop to it.
IF THE HOME INTRUDERS THOUGHT THE POLICE WOULD NOT PROVIDE COVER, THEY WOULD NOT DARE TO PULL OFF THESE STUNTS.

Problem is this 'patented military weapon system' you reference as patent 7629918 has nothing to do with 'neuromanipulation technology'. Nor does this technology system, per it's technical description and associated schematics, use microwave cell tower technology as any deployment vehicle or associated technology.

Just to Clarify my stance on the Cell Tower issue: I am not sure if Cell towers are used in conjunction with these technology's, although it would not surprise me" considering the fact that they are seeking 100% conductivity. I am looking in to the issue though, and so can you. I am currently seeking information in the area of TIA methods and infrastructure, and the company's being awarded contracts. These programs are definitely funded through the DOD, DOE and I believe that Criminal Elements have infiltrated legitimate programs in an effort to steal money and conduct illegal research on the People of the world. As you may have noticed from my previous post. What I want to know is how the hell can company's who are clearly being investigated for criminal activity" can be awarded millions of dollars for programs that are supposedly involved in homeland security or military concerns. I believe there is fraud involved, and therefore We The People can no longer allow our government to operate without citizen oversight. It wont help to rant and rave without action. Congress is no longer to be trusted with our future, because they are the ones with insider information on upcoming projects, a fundamental knowledge of operations and potential costs, and the ability to steer projects to particular States or company's. This crap has got to stop because We The People are the ones who own the national debt, not congress, not the president. "We the People"

There is a HUGE amount of fraud, and a huge amount of waste. How many MILLIONS in manpower and materiel have been spent on witch-hunting ME? It's gone on more than seven years that I know about, and from what I now know, it's obvious I was targeted long before that.
And how about the website/blog/social network SPAMMING by military contractors, funded by monies that may have been DIVERTED from military intel budgets to backroll domestic spying, agit-propaganda and a covert campaign of social cleansing, a slow-kill GENOCIDE? The war on terror was built from the ground up as a pretext for this social cleansing, IMO, and someday soon it will be revealed that 9/11 did not happen as the government says it did. The science of the cover story just does not add up. Paper in the streets doesn't burn, but cars are flipped and charred -- but only partially, with some areas of damaged vehicles left in pristine condition while other parts were oxidized.
An electromagnetic directed energy weapon system brought down those towers, concludes physical engineer Dr. Judy Wood, whose research assistant ended up dead ; was someone trying to send her a message? She is a courageous truth-teller, and the scientific community worldwide has its head in the sand.

When the gangstalkers move into a neighborhood, they either buy all the homes on the street outright (no price is too high when using taxpayer dollars) or rent all the houses. And I mean "all." That's my neighborhood to a tee. But what I am most concerned about is possible identity theft, the complicity of bank tellers and loan officers -- for example, the guy in the red four-by-four who was passing by my house nearly every time I went out for the mail. One day I waved at him, he rolled down his window, and I asked him how come he was driving by my house so often. He said he lived in the neighborhood. He even gave me his name, allowing me to determine where he worked, apparently, as a bank loan officer. I said, "Well, give this message to your team leader: 'Civil Rights Division, Department of Justice.' He said, "What does that mean?" I said, "Your team leader will know."
About a half-hour later, I get a call from a man who says he's a local police officer and that he had a 'complaint' about some guy "waving down" his vehicle. I told the caller that I've gotten calls from imposters, that I don't know if I am really talking to a policeman, and that, in any event, a conversation with a neighbor does not rise to the level of anything that would call for police intervention.
The caller said I was being "hostile and aggressive," and that if I didn't answer his questions, he would come to my house. I said, "Sir, I don't know who you are, but if you really are a policeman, I would suggest that you get a warrant if you want to come to my house."
"I don't need a warrant!" he said, "and if you don't answer my questions, I'll be right over."
At this point, I told the caller, "Look, I believe I have initiated a civil rights investigation into what's known as community-based harassment, and I believe that's what you are doing to me right now. And I wouldn't be surprised if an investigator is listening to this phone call right now."
All of the sudden, the alleged officer (I will call him "Officer Krumpski") goes all sweetness and light, and recants his comment about me being "hostile and aggressive," saying something like, "You're not being hostile and aggressive but we have to investigate complaints when they come in."
My reply: "So why hasn't the Lower Makefield Police Department investigated MY complaints about being stalked and home invaded and (I think I said) poisoned? I was even down to talk to Chief Colluzi. You can ask him."
At that point, the man on the other end of the line said he would do that, and the "conversation" ended. It was very troubling -- having a police officer (if that's who "Officer Kumpski" was) threaten to come to your home without a warrant to interrogate you.
The local police here have been courteous, even the officers who came to my door insisting someone dialed "9-1-1" when neither my wife nor I did so. (This has happened TWICE in recent years, and once, the shift supervisor showed up at my door.) My daughter's cellphone number stars with "1-917" and I truly believe she was assigned that number so we could be harassed any time the fusion center or county dispatch tells the local cops that they got a "9-1-1" call from my residence. Why do I say this? Because one of the cops said, "Maybe you've got a relative who's number starts with the numbers 9 and 1?" I didn't think his question came out of the blue.
So the locals have been courteous (with the exception of "Officer Krumpski"). But they have refused to help me in any way, shape or form, despite my June 30, 2009 conversation with the Chief, in which he seemed empathetic and left me with the impression that he would investigate my complaint. I even supplied the name of a neighbor who I observed taking in a metal canister from a driver of a white cargo van the night before we were poisoned by fumes coming in from the outside of the house (this was in the summer of 2004, as I recall). I did not supply all the details to the Chief, but I told him that I thought this neighbor should be closely questioned, under oath, about what he knows about acts of domestic terrorism directed at me and my wife and our property.
Suffice it to say, there was no investigation, and the last time we were poisoned (last summer, by fumes emanting from our dryer, which had been contaminated with insecticide), repeated calls to the Chief went unanswered. I do not know if the calls were diverted by Lockheed Martin/fusion center personnel, or if the Chief was refusing to acknowledge me. I would like to believe the former, rather than the latter.
I think I'm a pretty good judge of character, and I was impressed with Chief Colluzi when I met him and told him chapter and verse. That is why I was so disappointed when the domestic terrorism did not cease, and no police investigation (that I know about) was forthcoming. There's a lot more I could tell an investigator, but now, I'm fearful of entrapment and of being framed -- because people have been in my house on a regular basis, as recently as last night, apparently, and God only knows (God, and the "team leader," perhaps) what they've planted, or what future damage they are causing.
