The people of Canada sure love their bacon. In a recent survey conducted by Maple Leaf Foods, 43% of the respondents said they would rather have bacon than sex. Are you surprised?
I am very surprised on
this. I like bacon very
much; bacon and eggs,
bacon cheeseburger,
bacon and beans and
bacon with many foods
but bacon is still bacon
but ......
- Nearly one in four of respondents (23%) wondered if ‘my partner loves bacon more than me’
How about you? If you had to chose, would your choice be bacon or sex? Hmmmm
There is really a website
called Bacon today.

Hahaha, tell me it isn't so. No way, no how. Geeze don't they know bacon causes heart disease and sex is good cardiovascular exercise:)

Tell us it isn't so! Hey ACP! What the hell is going on up there anyway? JEEZ! Bacon over sex? How is Canada ever gonna live this one down? Are you sure they didn't mean bacon during, before, or after sex? And then what do you do with the bacon during sex . . .that's want I wanna know . . . .

Depends if it's crispy or not:) Besides Rory we can't give all our secrets away.

ACP: Good lord! Crispy bacon! That's pretty risky don't you think? What if it gets stuck in the cracks? It's a good thing that you guys have government sponsored health care up there!

I hereby cancel my plans to move to Canada.

Why because you don't want to give up American bacon?
at 15:39 on February 15th, 2010
Yeah, sure :-(

Are we talking pork bellies here, or what we real Americans call Canadian Bacon like they put on an Egg McMuffin®? I always had some 'spishuns them canucks wuz a little off, but if we are talking bacon, man........that is just twisted.
Your wife on to this proclivity yet, cowboy?

Hugh: You're making me hungry now . . . . My favorite breakfast consists of Eggs Benedict (chased down with Cristal of course). You know . . . 2 American poached eggs on top of some Canadian Bacon on top of an English muffin covered with Hollandaise sauce. It's a lot more erotic and gratifying than ACP's crisp bacon . . . . lol!
The Canadian Bacon really makes the dish come together . . . .

My favorite is about four eggs, scrambled, lots of very crisp bacon, hot biscuits,.
But it has many calories, and they have to be burned off in some way.
at 16:13 on February 15th, 2010
158: Sounds good! Especially the part about burning it off! That's a lot of nooky though! JEEZ! That would take up the rest of the morning and maybe even part of the afternoon! Who says that bacon and eggs are not good for your health? Good for the mind too . . . .

marianmo: Yes! When it comes to food, I'm definitely a one-worlder! Would you like my recipe for Chicken Rochambeau here? Thats boned and sauted American chicken breasts, on top of Canadian Bacon, on top of a Holland rusk, smothered with Bernaise sauce . . .YUM!

I am a BIG fan of bacon, and I really did once think you couldn't beat UK bacon, smoked bacon medallions etc - then I moved to Canada ............................

That may explain the rise in obesity.
