The Perry Crusade

Eventually the lights might go on in the dull noggin of Governor Perry. Fabricating “Obama’s war on religion,” is a big lie. Jesus didn't say tell big lies. He said if you want to recruit, do it on merit. “I will make you fishers of men, if you follow me.”

Following meant leading a life of tolerance and respect for everyone.

The U. S. Constitution was created to accommodate all forms of creeds and beliefs among a diverse population. To ensure this, the government must provide equality to people of all faiths and to those without.

If you want to be an evangelist, Mr. Perry, try your hand at the ministry. First, you must learn not to lie and not to be a bigot.

“Perry: 'As president, I'll end Obama's war on religion'

By msnbc.com's Michael O'Brien

Rick Perry promised to "end Obama's war on religion" in a new television ad touting his socially conservative credentials.

The Texas governor, who's in the midst of an ad blitz in Iowa, said there's "something wrong with America" when gays and lesbians are allowed to serve openly in the military, but, in Perry's words, "can't openly celebrate Christmas or pray in school."

The ad is a play for Iowa's numerous socially conservative voters, who may have an out-sized impact in the state's Jan. 3 caucuses.”
