Bio I am running for re-election for Lt. Governor of Missouri. Together, we will make a difference and bring positive change to Missouri.

Peter Kinder was re-elected as Lieutenant Governor of Missouri in 2008. He was first elected in 2004. On his twitter bio, however, it still says he is running for re-election. If he were, this could be a great way to reach voters. Hope to see this more! I mean live reporting from government officials, not hostage situations of course.

According to TwitterCounter, Peter Kinder's Twitter followers jumped from 641 to 1155 as of now, after he tweeted about the possible hostage situation.
