Peter Limone of Melrose, Massachusetts spent too many years behind bars for crimes he never committed. He was finally released in 2001 and has been continually sued in court by Massachusetts prosecutors who have only one goal in mind, to prove the point that they never made a mistake and this man belongs in prison.

Peter Limone was released when he was cleared of a murder that he was wrongly accused of in the 70's. He has worked very hard to re-establish his family ties and to take care of those loved ones who suffered without him for years. Today, justice was served when he decided to beat the court at their own game and entered a plea of no contest.

Limone spent years in prison by the state of Massachusets for murder because FBI employees in total murdered 15 people and blamed this 76 year-old good Christian man for one of those heinous crimes.

Massachusetts is a state which has been riddled with corruption. Spear-headed by an African man who lives in Massachusetts and advertises his home as a foreign country from Africa, agrees with the FBI claims and refuses to grant the citizens of this state proper civil rights, and Governor Deval Patrick is still in office.

Gov. Patrick has allowed uneducated government workers to make many mistakes in court cases which identified a middle-aged elementary female school teacher with no previous arrests as a bomber and a hijacker of a college bathroom.

Gov. Patrick has been aware of court corruption in various counties under his jurisdiction but still sides with his staff over the rights of the people and refuses to investigate and make changes.

Why should the voting public continue to elect this man as Governor? Look what has happened to Peter Limone who was robbed of approximately 32 years of his life.

When the clerk saw his plea today, he told the judge to grant probation and sent him on his way and that judge in my opinion, did his job today and did it well!

Peter Limone was arrested and charged for gambling and loan sharking. Yet, Massachusetts Gov. Patrick has rallied for gambling casinos to be erected in Middleboro, MA.

Our state government thinks that gambling in MA is the best way to create more capital for a dying economy although, not a way for any decent family man and entrepeneur to succeed.

As for loan sharking, Peter Limone is most likely one of the eldest Italian successes in the area who believes in spreading the wealth and helping people out. But prosecutors who are trying very hard to get Limone put back in jail are mislabeling his efforts and defaming him for these crimes; much like the murders that FBI agents committed and blamed on Mr. Limone many years ago.

Unfortunately, in America under the direction of President Barack Hussein Obama, US banks owned by men and women who are allowed to over charge and over price every American in this country for credit cards and loans are rewarded handsomely. But offering money to someone who asks for it from a private person is considered wrong.

Where is the justice in America for people who try to make it in this world in business? It is certainly not in Washington. And I am positive it is not in Massachusetts.

If Peter Limone ever wanted to hire me as a confidential advisor for his company, I would be greatly appreciative and stand by him until death do us part.

WOBURN – Peter Limone -- the reputed organized crime figure who spent 33 years behind bars after being wrongly convicted of a 1965 murder -- admitted today in court that Middlesex prosecutors had enough evidence to convict him of 12 charges of loansharking and running a gambling ring. Limone did not plead guilty to the charges in Superior Court. But his admission carried the same legal weight as a guilty plea or a conviction and prosecutors urged Superior Court Judge Leila Kern to send him back to state prison. Instead, Kern sentenced the 76-year-old Medford resident to 2 1/2 years in county jail, but suspended it for five years. She also ordered him to wear a GPS tracking device and avoid certain people and certain greater Boston neighborhoods.
CAMBRIDGE, Mass. (AP) - A former bookie who served more than 32 years for an underworld murder he said he didn't commit was released Friday after his conviction was thrown out at the request of prosecutors. Prosecutors said newly discovered FBI files from the 1960s cast doubt on 66-year-old Peter Limone's guilt. It appeared to be yet another embarrassment for the FBI's Boston office, which is under scrutiny for some agents' allegedly cozy relationships with the mob. Last month, Justice Department investigators looking into allegations of corruption in the office gave Limone's lawyer secret FBI reports from the time around Edward ``Teddy'' Deegan's 1965 murder. The documents showed that an informant had given the FBI a list of suspects that did not include Limone's name.
