Petition for Program to solve Healthcare problem

This petition is to introduce a Federally funded program to offer Universal Healthcare to all Americans. The program would involve a Lottery just as most states do, except it would be a federal, nationwide lottery and the proceeds would go to pay for Universal Healthcare. If a federal lottery was to bring in a similar amount to what states are currently bringing in now, we would have more than enough to finance such an operation. For example, the state of Maryland produced $480 million in 2006, New York State bought in over $7 billion and only half of that went to prizes.

You can see how it could quickly add up and how it would work. This plan would be dedicated directly to providing Universal Healthcare and no other programs

Sign our petition so we can present the plan in detail to the presidential hopefuls and show that their constituents support a plan like this. Maybe they just might listen.
