Real-life superhero Phoenix Jones found himself on the wrong side of the law Sunday. The Seattle-based hero was arrested after allegedly pepper-spraying four people outside a nightclub.

Now that Phoenix Jones has been arrested, he has to endure a superhero's worst nightmare: being unmasked. A police report has revealed the identity of Phoenix Jones.

Who is Phoenix Jones?

According to a police report, Phoenix Jones is Benjamin Fodor, a 23-year-old mixed martial artist.

Fodor claims to have “observed a fight disturbance” and “ran into the crowd to break up the fight.” He used pepper spray on “several individuals in the group.”

Benjamin Fodor has been charged with four counts of aggravated assault with a weapon.

Just goes to show that if you go looking for trouble, you are going to find it. Good Job Phoenix. Dress up like a super hero and end up a super Zero. Aren't you glad you have nothing to do with your evenings but dress up like an idiot and go out assaulting people out to have a good time.

All I'm saying is ... Police mace people for no good reason all the time. They make mistakes, and nobody holds them accountable in the least. They tend to care more about how much money they can make then anything else. This guy looks ridiculous, but he makes a point when he says that citizens need to be held accountable when they choose to simply allow crimes to happen around them.
