Julian Miller, who filmed with his cell phone the shooting of Darius Kennedy by the New York Police Department, had his cell phone taken away by the NYPD and never returned. Miller was also told, again illegally, not to talk to the media. Where is that cell phone and what happened to that footage?

Who is this officer? Why did he tell someone not to talk to the media? When is the mayor going to give a declaration on the right to film police in New York City? The fact is, there is a vicious war on cameras in the U.S. and in particular, NYC.

In Tenaha, TX, a hotbed of civil asset forfeiture, where they take away your money (especially if you are a minority) by threatening you with jail time even if you have no drugs in your car after being pulled over for a traffic offense, does not also care about state/church separation.

The police department gave $6000 to two Baptist churches. If the police chief wants to do that with his own money, fine, but he is illegally taking away the money of those suspected (at best) of drug crimes and using it to fund his own religious beliefs. The police department also has threatened to take away the children of those stopped, such as a Dale Agostini, in order to get them to sign away their money. Disgusting behavior, of course, on their part.

In San Clemente, California, which is over 50 miles from Mexico, Border Patrol agents took a man's car because his son's friend had a small amount of marijuana along with having a marijuana registration card! Yes, that is right, you don't have to be right at the border to have the Border Patrol stop you and ask you questions and take your car. 100 miles of the border is allowed.

In Greenville county, South Carolina, the sheriff's department targets (especially gay men) people in sex stings. They go up to people parked in their cars, walking down the street and even sitting on their own porches! They initiate conversations asking the person to engage with them in a prostitution offense.

Blatant entrapment and illegal but they are betting most people want to just end the nightmare this department caused them by paying a fine. People who even declined were arrested. Anyway, the government should not be arresting adults for consensual sexual relations, prostitution should be legalized and regulated, such as in brothels.

By the way, in all these types of cases, the American Civil Liberties Union is fighting this government oppression. Please think about joining. Thanks
