"The police with the help of army soldiers and the public are still trying to find the robbers armed with five AK47 assault rifles and FN handguns, who got away into the forests in Pidie Jaya," NAD police spokesman Senior Commissioner Jodi Heryadi said here Sunday night.
The robbers attacked robbed two gold jewelry ships in Trienggadeng, 150 km east of Banda Aceh at 1:30 p.m West Indonesia time on Sunday.
