I have railed against our war on sex laws, especially prostitution laws, in the U.S. Prostitution should be legal and regulated. We don't see the problems with prostitution in Nevada, as in the rest of the U.S.
I also favor making marijuana legal, but again, regulated. I have libertarian leanings, but I am not a pure libertarian. In one case in North Carolina, a very sexy woman randomly approached men and asked them to get marijuana. When the men do, they are arrested. Two words, absolutely disgusting. It is disgusting that the North Carolina Drug Tast Force will use the sexual desires of lonely men to get them to fine a drug less harmful than beer, to attract a woman, and than arrest them for it.
Pathetic for proseutors and judges to allow it. Oh by the way, the woman was HIV positive, so if they had sex with her, they risked getting the HIV virus. I've talked about jury nullification before, especially when it comes to drug laws. See, the prosecutors and police and judges want certain background information kept out of a trial and I can bet they would want to limit the knowledge of a jury on their sleazy actions.
To use a woman who is sexually attractive and who makes sexual advances to get someone to commit something that should never have been a crime in the first place, is the height of absurdity. Shameful
