Mr. Potter, I hope you dont mind me emailing you on this page but I have a problem. I have had a post box for the last 10 years as I live 17Km outside Tzaneen. The post office this year has said I must pay for this service as the property I rent and do not own. Is this correct which I think is very unfair. Please commet as this is very urgent to me.
