The ruling Pakistan People’s Party on Saturday marked the 12th death anniversary of Murtaza Bhutto, the eldest son of hanged prime minister Zulfikar Ali Bhutto and brother of slain former prime minister Benazir Bhutto.

The political situation has undergone a drastic change since Murtaza’s still unexplained murder in a shootout with police in Karachi outside the ancestral Bhutto home but the event coincided with his brother-in-law Asif Zardari making an historic address to a joint house of parliament in Islamabad.
