MUSSOORIE, 18 Dec: President of Mauritius Sir Anerood Jugnauth took time out to relax during his visit to Uttarakhand at the Premiere Jaypee Residency Hotel near Mussoorie. He was accompanied by his wife on the occasion. His carcade arrived around evening and went straight into the hotel. Security was beefed up on the occasion and a plethora of NSG Guards surrounded the hotel converting into an army cantonment. The security was so tight that no one was allowed in including media personnel as this was cited as a personal visit. The media persons waited in vain in the cold winter outside for a glimpse of the president but to no avail. The media persons sat at the main gate of the hotel late into the night but were refused entry. The maximum amount of police force from Mussoorie was at JP Hotel, which led to frequent traffic jams on Mall road due to the absence of the traffic person
