President Obama's Primetime Press Conference on Health Reform

I would like to present an idea that might cut costs of certain expenses within the hospitals, care centers, nursing home, and senior facilities. For many of the more responsible people who have been given "community services" due to non violent acts.....but more so those who were charged with, parking violations, or young people who steal from stores and get caught...maybe truency from school.....and so on..these are just a few..... Let their community services be some that would help our medical system save money, i.e., cleaning staff......they could be performing their community services by going into medical facilities and become involved in cleaning the facility. A check list that a.b.and c. will be done, and have someone be accountable for their performace. Going into senior homes and helping them with cleaning there rooms...or free daycare facilities.....help to clean up the bathrooms, the kiddy messes, and so on.....then perhaps money that would be used for these services cut be paid into a special account to assist with future medical insurance premiums for this newly talked about reform..... .anyhow, could be donated into an account that will not only show that the community services were executed....but it would also help young people develop a love for a particualr field of interest.
