Prisons and Social Conservatives

For a long time the social conservatives have been persecuting cultures other than theirs. Hollywood, homosexuals, single mothers, the Inner City, the academia, the arts culture, the youth cultures and the minority religions have all been viciously attacked. But the same social conservatives have done nothing about the culture that is probably the most anti-American culture anywhere to be found in America.

That culture is the American prisons.

Prisons are a vast, expensive and inefficient government bureaucracy. It takes the same amount of taxpayer money per year to imprison a person as it does to send him to Harvard. And yet this bureaucracy has seen vast growth, having grown at least four times since the election of Ronald Reagan in 1980, and is showing no signs of shrinking.

Prisons are a scene of many activities that the social conservatives regard as anti-Christian and anti-American. They are America's greatest center of homosexual activity - and not just any homosexual activity, but forcible homosexual rape. Women's prisons are a center of drug use and prostitution, in which female convicts exchange oral sex for drugs from the guards.

Prisons are a center of hardening criminals. People who go there for minor crimes such as shoplifting, or for things (such as drug use and prostitution) whose criminalization is unconstitutional, come out hardened criminals and become far more dangerous than they had been prior to going there. People who do not have solid identity develop identity as criminals and come out knowledgeable in criminality. They aren't improved by being in prison; they become a lot worse.

But there is one problem that is not well-known and that is more dangerous than all of the preceding. And this is as follows: Prisons are America's greatest center of conversion to Islam. Since these people are already lawless or violent or have a grudge against the American government, we all know what kind of Islam they will practice when they get out. A huge internal terrorist threat is being created courtesy American taxpayer; and nobody cares to do anything about this threat.

So how about it, social conservatives? Destroy the culture that's most antithetical to your stated values - the American prisons. Not quite what you wanted? Not quite as smart or rational or honest as you say you are? Thought so.
