Privacy International "not familiar" with Community Stalking

Privacy International (PI) is a human rights group formed in 1990 as a watchdog on surveillance and privacy invasions by governments and corporations. PI is based in London, England, and has an office in Washington, D.C. We have campaigned across the world to protect people against intrusion by governments and corporations that seek to erode this fragile right. We believe that privacy forms part of the bedrock of freedoms, and our goal has always been to use every means to preserve it.

After emailing Privacy International, asking whether they helped targeted individuals who are being community stalked/gang stalked, I received the following reply - "We are not accustomed to such cases, unfortunately. We would recommend strongly that you contact the police regarding this matter, or the Citizen's Advice Bureau."

I also spoke with a member on the Privacy International advisory board from South Africa. I asked whether she was aware of community watch. She said no.

I think it is great that you used the Highlight tool here for external sources and took the time to post here.

However, I am not sure what the news is here? Could you elaborate a little and let us know why and when as well as where and what did happen?

In respons to your questions. This post demonstrates that people who are being community stalked/gang stalked cannot even get help from the very organisations who claim that they are able to help(so big is the cover up). Community stalking involves the invasion of privacy by government and corporations.

Hi wonder: A little reading between the lines helps to understand your story.  You were on the road for two hours, and in that time you were harassed by multiple individuals who, I am certain, did not follow you from your original starting point. This points to the correctness of some assertions made on various sites about the GPS-controlled harassment network that has  been implemented in the U.S. and in other countries as well.  Your location on the highway was tracked in real time via a device surreptitiously implanted on your vehicle</a>.  The "community stalkers", who embody anything but community, each carry a specially outfitted cell phone or similar device, and are alerted by it  automatically when you happen to be in their vicinity.  At that point in time, they either act out a program based upon a set of standard harassment protocols, or they directly take orders from the automated cell-based system. The cell-based auto-responders telegraph details that are specific to you, and they are details that have been put into a centralized data store during the entirety of the time that you have been harassed as a target.By taunting you with  a regurgitation or recital of much of your own personal information, involving the detail that under reasonable conditions should be private to only you, they hope to anger you by the obnoxious intrusion into your private life, the intention of which  is to make you aware that you live in a glass house, drive a glass car, and that all of your life and personal communications are tapped and published.By such means they intend to cause you to "give up" any hope of defense, to stop the fight, and to absorb you into the mass of virtual slaves.   Eventually, when all the population has "given up", and have become such virtual slaves, the operators of the system that I have described hope to realize an iron fisted tyranny over all of the world, one that human kind has not seen before. The description of your "road story" falls under the category heading  of "acting out a standard set of harassment protocols", since it did not involve any communication directly to you.The communications system is key, as it is :<ul><li>   Real, and identifiable </li><li>   An unchanging constant</li><li>   Traceable</li></ul>I really believe that if we are to someday hold these idiots to task for what they have done, the trail we must follow is the communications system.

Thank you for your comment in respons to my www.nowpublic.com/world/harassed-highway-comunity-stalkers article.

I really beleive that if we are to someday hold these idiots to task for what they have done, the trail we must follow is the communications system". Are you suggesting a class action lawsuit against the companies which manufacture and sell the products used to track TI's?

Not necessarily. It is true that the burden of proof (for criminal and/or tort action) lies with us and our government. In order for any manufacturer to be found criminally negligent or liable in a case of tort law would require "a priori" and full knowledge of specific instances of the use of manufactured goods for illegal purposes or other purposes that result in complaints for civil damages, coupled with an unwillingness to make appropriate gestures to prevent same.

Such a circumstance is not likely. E.g., Smith and Wesson could not likely be shown to know beforehand when one of their guns was about to be used in a bank heist. The real operators of the apparatus of networked harassment are nested in between the manufacturers and the street level consumers. These operators use commercial resources to engage in conspiratorial and damage inducing activities, (for example by running a subnet infrastructure to coordinate gps-enabled tracking/surveillance and harassment of individuals. These subnet operations will by necessity often be disguised as legitimate communications enterprises, and in some cases may be the recipients of some level of government funding.

Another arena of operation for the harassment network lies in third party services that are hijacked in order to supply harassment network facilities. (Services that, for the intended consumers, provide non-hostile and accepted tracking of friends, pets and children).

Whether the services (poor word, in this case) are provided by directly operated commercial fronts, or by legitimate but hijacked commercial service companies, the perpetrator and overall operator of the harassment network is the same.

While our purpose should be to halt the illegal activities of the operations just described, by the operators just described, we do not necessarily implicate the builders of the equipment, the layers of the optical circuits, etc.

Difficult? Yes. Impossible? No, especially in light of the fact that it involves a communications system that uses public airways/rights, public spectrum resources, and the like to accomplish it's nefarious end goals. Communications is key, as it can provide for the proper identification of the operators of the networked harassment system and it's protocols, in order to facilitate proper assignment of blame.

Re: Lawsuits.

This is going to be a daunting challenge for us. I recently went to the page that FFCHS has on a lawsuit they are working on, and went down the points of its questionaire.

It is a damning reminder of the levels of proof any legal action will seek of us, and a wakeup that we STILL don't know who's behind all of this.

I know cops participate, they often park behind my house in plain view of a security monitor, hoping to intimidate me. If I walk outside toward their vehicle they immediately start the car and take off, before I can get a look at their face.

Yet I cannot say the Police Dept. is doing this.

Who else but the government and military has access to directed energy weapons?

Yet we cannot say it's the government.

It's just a bunch of ****ty ****ing people. That's for certain.

I believe the governments, the courts, the corporates, the cops, the media, and every other Tom, Dick and Fanny are involved. How do you take your case to court when everybody's in on it?

The only hope we have is the point where we get classified as too weak to do anything: at that point, they will still need to have someone to pick on, so they will destroy themselves. The perps will be so numerous, that they will only be able to attack each other. Check this out:

Observers have noted similarities between this and the daily scapegoating strategies employed by these factions, while others have noticed that the same situation seemed to exist in Ancient Greece and Rome, where Neo-platonism had firmly taken hold. The adherents of that philosophy considered mercy and compassion to be defects of character, to be tolerated no longer than the time a person reached adulthood. If you immediatelythink that the antagonists referred to above will use every means at (or not at!) their disposal to create the appearance that we are the problem! BINGO! But remember: there must always be someone to blame in these types of societies, and when they come to blame you, be prepared!)

By the way, has anybody else's mannerisms, thoughts and deeds been spewed across the television thanks to an endless supply of compliant perps? These guys are told which words to use in the form of double speak, which colours to wear, which props to use in the background.

Well, I am not sure what you mean by the word television, but I understand what you are saying about compliant perpetrators.

For a long time now, I have tussled with several ideas related to the identification of a motive for the compliance of the typical perpetrator/snitch/community stalker. I asked myself whether or not fear was the prime motivation.

The collaborators in this grandiose fascistś dream are nearly one hundred percent silent when it comes to any action that would publicize the intents and activities of the program in which they are enrolled. Never, in any way, do they admit even to the existence of the program in which they are enrolled, and from which they take orders without any questions.

Fear might be the most reasonable factor to be found, to explain the wholesale solemn denial, without exception, of the existence of this shadowy but arrogantly oppressive network by the people who empower it.

The fear factor does not ring true however; because a closer look at the typical perpetrator does not reveal much evidence in the form of the types of expression expected from people living in day-to-day fear. What do I mean by that? Take, as an example, the famous group that has kept, over a period of many years, many secrets intact: the mafia. Mafia ladies (as in criminal syndicate parlance), are notoriously macabre, as they drag their darkness with them throughout every day. Such a demeanor is not readily apparent in the average community stalker.

I promote the idea that it is not fear that is cause for their silence, but instead it is a lack of critical thinking facilities, and the latter is probably driven to a great extent by drugs, notably sodium fluoride.

An additional driver for their compliance, I think, is that the scope of the operation is misrepresented to them. They are told that the operations that they engage in are of limited scope and are applied to only a few individuals who have been sufficiently demonized to a point such that grass-roots-mob-appeal would condone anything up to and including a hanging.

It is similar, perhaps, to the thinking of the average person living in Germany in WWII being told that only a few very bad Jews were being sent to the camps. Each person participating in the program then, as now, had only a limited interaction with targets. Each one is involved in only a limited way (due to the structure of the network, which has been built to amortize responsibility)

Lastly, they are uniformly deluded into believing, via the many subtle references and the linguistic treachery of their controllers, that they participate in an officially sanctioned program. By a clever manipulation of the words they hear, they are conditioned to believe that they participate in an officially condoned government operation, and therefore do not fear retribution for their actions.

Good take on the situation, I don't think all people filling all the roles see the big picture. Some, such as the neighborhood watch-turned-stasi snitches may not even know about microwave based weapons or that the people they have been told to keep tabs on are being destroyed.

Most, especially the perps who drive around brighting people and those they park next door to people to push buttons harrassing people or making them sick, are surely picked for a personality trait which requires they don't question the moral implications of their orders, or are downright sadistic.

I put provocative signs in my windows, like "if what you are doing is morally right or the will of society, why do you need to keep it a secret?"

And of course I'm coming to realize they. just. don't. care.

I'm hesitant to affix a label to the architects of this, like the alleged "new world order", as if it's wrong it's just an avenue of denial, like "see, there's nobody of that name here, so just run along". Ever seen the site about "the ultrasonics"? It's downright comical because he says it so many times, although I think he got many of the underlying ideas right.

Whatever they call themselves, it seems they will have a world bred of dimwits with little moral compass who nevertheless show up at work every day to sweep the manure off the floor like good little serfs, pay their taxes, love the RFID chip in their ass, and salute the flag whatever color it may be. And attack on command anyone who is a little bit different from them.

All of that is the reason I'm going to have signs in my windows till the last day.

Much of what has been happening is simply related to government workers (especially unionized) doing whatever they can to keep their jobs and to GET MORE OUT OF THE SYSTEM

I have posted this before, please read it carefully.

The groups of people below will try to delegitimize US and try to stop US from finding out more truth or from speaking the truth about runaway government. Keep in mind that the people shown below are at various stages of recognition about the process and their hostility towards those of US who do speak this truth will vary tremendously. However, the great majority of people who are in any of the categories are learning more about what needs to be done to protect their positions and as such, will be at an ever-increasing stage of antagonism towards those who speak truth[1]:

1) city, state and federal government employees;
2) pensioners/disabled (especially those faking disability);
3) government contractors (most would be surprised who shows up in the category!);
4) those people hoping to get jobs with government or a contractor;
5) many people related to any of the above;

6) others who live off government.

Remember this will tend to quell dissent in major ways.

One of the primary reasons that the above will try to stop US is financial: they’re largely invested in the system and determined to keep it going! (If the economy continues to worsen, look for these associations to form ever closer alliances for the purpose of protecting their shares of the pie! By the way, the worsening economy may also cause higher levels of desperation and since desperate people are easier to control, recruitment by these forces will be facilitated, and before you know it, a greater majority of people will be under their influence.)

If you attempt to present these ideas to any of the parties mentioned above, be sure to do it gently: many participants know not what they do!

If you are reading this note and you think (or know) we are referring to you, please be patient because one way or another, things will probably work out, it just may take some time!

PPS: As of March 19, 2009, most 401Ks and similar investments are down over 40%. What lengths do you suppose the average person who suffered a loss will go to in order to get that money back? In other words, since the parties named above are invested in the system to some extent, the only way to get them on our side is to convince them to divest, and since they’re already down 40% or more, they aren’t likely to do so

[1] For example, at the present moment (April 5, 2009), the transit Kingdom is claiming that they will increase fares astronomically and cut service unless they receive some major funding from NY State. If we go out into the public spaces and proclaim that many transit employees at all levels are completely overpaid (as are many other city employees) and their pensions were formulated by dubious actuarial methods (as are many other city pensions) we would be ridiculed and even ostracized for our views even though it is plain that as more and more in the private sector are losing jobs and pensions, government is continuing to hire more and to give their existing parasitical work forces increases in pay and pensions. If we were to continue such speaking, the result would certainly be dire. (In fact, just writing these things will most certainly expose the author(s) to extreme danger!)

I am surrounded by faces of Buddha's with hearts of Dragons. People want me out.

It is not in my nature to be unkind, but I've resorted to derogatory name calling, being foul mouthed and shoving into people. This offers temporary releif but makes me feel much worse afterwards.

I beleive that most of the people posting here are perps and that most reading these postings are also perps.

The box of tampons I bought today was faulty. Judging by the global scale of involvement, I beleive this was intentional.

I'm looking for help, but I don't think I'll find it.
