Proposed Law by Indiana GOP to Force Doctors to Lie About Cancer

Indiana lawmakers voted 72-23 in favor of the Republican’s House Bill 1210, which would require that women seeking abortions be told that the procedure carries a risk of breast cancer. Studies by the American Cancer Society, the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and the national cancer Institute dispute any link between breast cancer and abortion.
