In two previous articles I wrote regarding the formation of  TEA Party Transparency, Accountability and Reform (TAR)group. In another article, I wrote about some suggested readings to understand the extent of the problem of judicialcorruption in Minnesota. This document represents 5 years of drafting and redrafting of individual proposals to address specific area of reform, many of which were contained in the last bienniums bills HR 1632 Minnesota Judicial Reform and Accountability. This is the current iteration of one avenue of Judicial Reform that TPTAR's Judiciary committee ispursuing.
