It is a rare day when Hip Hip star, Snoop Dogg and the chief of police for San Jose, Joseph McNamara agree - especially when they agree ons something as controversial as the reform of California's marijuana laws.

Both Snoop Dogg and Chief Joseph McNamara agree that Prop. 19 is a good idea. Why Snoop Dogg would support treating marijuana similar to tobacco is obvious but San Jose's Chief of Police supporting marijuana law reform is another matter. Here is the what Chief Joseph McNamara has to say about Proposition 19.

Snoop Dogg is rich and doesn't have to care about inflated dispensary prices and damage to our economy caused by Prop 19. McNamara is a cop, he likes it because it makes it easier for him to bust people, by defining what constitutes 'personal use' -- and what doesn't.
