Use of the word “psyops” makes a story out of nothing
American Congressional Representatives and Senators visiting the troops and war locations will always get a carefully guided and scripted view of events. While visitors can get a feel about the environment and living conditions that they cannot experience from a distance, there is little they can learn from touring the area.
What they hear from the troops is also highly choreographed as anyone knows who has ever served and participated in such activity.
If Army officers in psyops were asked to help strengthen the argument for more troops, weapons, or whatever, the psyops personnel are pretty smart and might come up with some good material. Would it be any better than what commanders would produce themselves? Maybe not.
Now, did the psyops personnel use mind control electromagnetic devices, microwave embardment and such, that would be a fabrication and representatives would complain of headaches.

The U.S. army reportedly deployed a specialized "psychological operations" team in 2009 to help convince American legislators to boost funding and troop numbers for the war in Afghanistan.
Lt. Gen. William Caldwell, a three-star general in charge of training Afghan troops, ordered the operation, Rolling Stone Magazine reported in a story published late on Wednesday.
An officer in charge of the unit objected when he was ordered to pressure the visiting senators and was harshly reprimanded by superiors, according to the magazine.
"My job in psy-ops is to play with people's heads, to get the enemy to behave the way we want them to behave," the officer, Lt. Colonel Michael Holmes, told Rolling Stone.
"I'm prohibited from doing that to our own people. When you ask me to try to use these skills on senators and congressman, you're crossing a line," he added.
Gen. David Petraeus has called for an investigation into charges, NBC News reported.
On the msnbc's "Morning Joe" program Thursday, NBC News Senior Pentagon Correspondent Jim Miklaszewski reported that officials both in Washington and Afghanistan had been "scrambling" to come up with a response to the allegations.
Miklaszewski also pointed out that using such tactics on U.S. citizens is against regulations and not to be done under any circumstances.
Among those targeted were senators John McCain, Joe Lieberman, Jack Reed, Al Franken and Carl Levin, as well as Representative Steve Israel of the House Appropriations Committee, the report said. The team also allegedly targeted Admiral Mike Mullen of the Joint Chiefs of Staff.
Levin pointed out Thursday that he has long been in favor of building up Afghan forces.
"For years, I have strongly and repeatedly advocated for building up Afghan military capability because I believe only the Afghans can truly secure their nation's future," Levin said in a statement. "I have never needed any convincing on this point. Quite the opposite, my efforts have been aimed at convincing others of the need for larger, more capable Afghan security forces, and that we and NATO should send more trainers to Afghanistan, rather than more combat troops."
'Very serious and disturbing'
One of the lawmakers, Sen. Reed, told msnbc's Chris Jansing that he found the accusations "very serious and disturbing" and said the Pentagon should investigate, and if warranted, punish those involved.
The Rhode Island Democrat, who is a senior member of the Senate Armed Services Committee and a former U.S. Army Ranger, said he's been to Afghanistan 11 times and has tried to get a "broad view" of the situation on the ground by seeking out many different sources.
He said he never detected anything unusual when speaking to military personnel, but stressed that he weighs carefully what everyone has told him and doesn't put too much stock into any one individual.
According to Holmes, he and his four-man team arrived in Afghanistan at the end of 2009 in order to determine the effects of American propaganda on Afghans and the Taliban, the magazine reported.
Soon, though, Caldwell ordered the unit to gather profiles of visiting dignitaries, including their likes and dislikes and "hot-button issues," the magazine reported.
Holmes was asked how the general could secretly manipulate the lawmakers, Rolling Stone said.
"How do we get these guys to give us more people?" Caldwell asked, according to the magazine. "What do I have to plant inside their heads?"
U.S. law bars the military from using psy-ops on Americans, and every defense authorization bill explicitly prohibits the manipulation, the magazine reported.
"Everyone in the psy-ops, intel ... knows you're not supposed to target Americans," a veteran member of similar team told Rolling Stone. "It's what you learn on day one."”

This leaked story IS psy ops, the dictionary definition of psy ops, a limited hangout intended to conceal a nationwide -- make that GLOBAL -- campaign of extrajudicial targeting, covert persecution via community "policing" gang stalking, psy ops and scalar microwave/radio frequency "entrainment," torture, impairment, subjugation, injury and ultimately, slow-kill homicide, of those who are deemed to be "dissidents" or undesirables -- in other words, potentially anyone whose political views, lifestyle or even genetic background differ from the (Homeland-mil-intel) prescribed "norm."

If they have wanted to "neutralize" me, they could have just left me alone. But no, that wasn't enough. Thanks YJ for bringing this somewhat related article to (RNM) 'remote neural monitoring' and 'directed energy weapons' (DEW) attack, but still an important issue exposing government psychological methodology tactics being used today on Americans.
In all of Scrivener rather rude and outrageous comments YJ, the one true statement for any 'unaware individuals' to these type of 'programmed mind control government agenda' psychological and physical attack activities was..

This is a true statement..What target individuals (TI), or as Scrivener refers to as a..

..means is that these technologies and government programmed activities with gang stalking methods and protocols are so foreign to our way of life and belief system in America, that until you are exposed to the effect and abuse of it all, it is almost unbelievable. Not even comprehensible.
Scrivener descriptive definition reflects the absolute psychological and physical abuse that can happen with this form of 'electronic gang stalking' and government programmed 'electronic weapons systems' attack occurring without any rule of law or oversight or media exposure to the general public. It's really a crime against humanities core. A human rights violation.

Based on what information has been put out, mostly on the internet, it currently seems either an ultimately Military/DOD or CIA/DHS/NSA/FBI run program, in the USA; related to the domestic spy programs and agenda's from the 'Patriot Act' legislation. Could also involve some shadow government/secret society scenario.
Seems extremely well organized and well funded. Definite involves all levels of government, DOJ, and National Security Agencies. Tracks down to RISS and Fusion Center/local police involvement; local community activist groups organized by FBI and Local Police .
Scrivener also contends private government contactors are involved, specifically Lockheed Martin.

A possible psyops campaign should be recognized as extremely different from an attempt to lobby or spin a specific position and if true should be viewed with an eye toward prosecuting those responsible for issuing orders to engage in this activity.
Of course, as the opinion of Lt. Col. Holmes, highlighted from the Rolling Stone article above reveals:

.... some consideration must be given to why this methodology was suggested for use against United States' senators, who clearly should not be viewed as enemies.
Of course, if true, this wouldn't be the first time these sort of tactics were used against American citizens.
