Puno: There's strong case vs Andal Jr.

KORONADAL CITY -- Police investigators have "pieced together the vital pieces of information" that would pin the suspected massacre mastermind, Datu Unsay Mayor Andal U. Ampatuan Jr., officials said Thursday.

At a briefing here, Interior Secretary Ronaldo V. Puno said there is a strong case against Ampatuan Jr. from witnesses who have direct knowledge of the massacre -- from the abduction to the slayings.
