During several conversations with my neighbor over the years, it vexed me how he accurately and nonchalantly stated what temperature my home thermostat was presently set at.

I believe it proves extremely detailed surveillance of my premises, and involvement of my neighbor in the surveillance.

Although it has been happening to me for years, I had resisted the idea of electronic RF microwave attack until recently. I had thought it was the realm of tin foil hats. Now, I am a convert - the cell tower torture system is real.

Based on personal experience, it is my conclusion that the house thermostats of "targets" ARE externally controlled and lowered as the microwave weapon is manipulating and lowering core body temperature to cause extreme constriction of blood vessels and a bone-chilling cold -- a rapid lowering of core body temperature that could not be reasonably expected to result from a lowered thermostat. 

All major systems in my house are under external control.  I have written about how the voltage of the electrical service was chronically reduced to 112-113 volts, off the 120 norm, causing dimmed, flickering lights and adversely affecting motors of electrical appliances and systems.  After I wrote about this, the voltage returned to the 120 volt norm and apparent has stayed that way.  I wish I had written about this sooner.  Silence NEVER benefits victims of persecution.

The lowering of the thermostat appears to be a COVER for what's really causing the bone-chilling cold -- a silent, invisible microwave radio frequency directed energy weapon system under the operational command and control of operatives working for U.S. security-military-intel.

Even a poorly insulated house would retain enough heat over the short term to stave off bone-chilling cold.  What I have experienced is an "instant refrigeration"  effect.  When I inhale under these conditions, the air entering my lungs feels like it has been "super-cooled."  It literally feels like I am breathing liquid nitrogen.

Could the military have developed a particle beam weapon that actually produces a nitrogen concentration around the target, leading to such an effect?  Or is some freon-like substance being introduced into my environment?

I can't rule out multiple causes for these "cold room" effects.  But I have documented that microwave radio frequency irradiation can be "tuned" to affect the body temperature of human targets.  I quote from a researcher in this comment section (above) who has achieved these effects in his lab.

Dominion Electric installed a "smart" meter on my house that allows them, as their literature stated, to turn off the electicity from their premises.  This is supposedly to "save and monitor" energy use, but one can clearly see that this can be easily used as a "torture" tool for Big Brother. Utility companies are heavily involved in blindly assisting the Surveillance State and the Gangstalking Police Network.

Hold off a minute.  The govsponsoredstalking.info site can't be all bad. For one thing, the site recommends Naomi Wolf's book The End of America. Her book is a must read, which describes this totalitarian stalking technique and puts it in perspective. Irony of ironies; we are being taken down from within as a nation by the very forces we have traditionally trusted to defend us -- the military and the police and firemen and medical personnel.

The naivety of elected representatives of government have allowed a constitution-disrespecting cabal of public and private officials to co-opt, subvert, and silently take over our government in a blatant power grab that makes a mockery of the rule of law and basic human values.

Poisoning is not easy to prove when the matrix would intercept any samples on the way to the lab, or compel the lab to produce the results the authorities want as opposed to the truth.  The extrajudicially targeted person, and by extension, his entire family, has no legal protections under the law and no authority to come to his aid or defense (except, perhaps, covertly, given the fear that the torture matrix has spawned even among ethical and conscientious public officials.

We live in a time that is much worse than McCarthyism and the blacklist.  Now, you're not just blacklisted professionally -- you are silently, electromagnetically assassinated over time.

As for Alex Jones, I don't see him going after defense contractors who have operational control of the torture matrix.  He's too busy attacking Obama.  If you think I should publish another article on his web site, that's a strong indicator that it's probably not the best place to be...

There was a time when I would have laughed at that, but, as much as I hate to admit it, not anymore.

I've opened cans of coffee that made great tasting coffee for a day or two, and then suddenly became noxious tasting. Same with other foods.

I've also bought food at the store that I strongly suspect was replaced with tainted food, either while I was at the store, or later. Sometimes the tainted food tastes bad, sometimes it doesn't. I've become ill from it on several occasions.

Scrivener, you lost me on your comment about Naomi Wolf.   What I know about Naomi Wolf I learned by reading her Table of Contents for her End of America book; from her TC it seemed to me that she "got it." I ordered the book. Now I'm going to google her name to try to find out what you mean.
