Look guys: the town where I live ( I am somewhere in Africa)compared to a small town in US would look like a village. We have cellular network and cell phone here. Everything Vic says regarding cell tower matrix is true. Before I heard it from Vic’s website or blog I was pretty much sure that such things existed. They (the perps) would trace my locations/whereabouts trough the telecommunications towers and my cell phone.  And I would lose them as soon as I removed the battery on my cell phone just as Vic use to describe.  Also everything he says about “tempest”   happens to be true for me (it happens with computer all the time). I am a victim of that too.  If you are a true TI you would agree with most of the things that Vic says including is reactions…from experience a true TI would trust nobody.

Regarding dish network satellite TV (dish TV, or Digital satellite TV) , Batvette , I was referring  to some connection(evil link) between telecommunications cell matrix , digital tv networks and the perps. I am damn sure that dish network satellite tv( where I live) are connected (linked) somehow to this electronic torture. I amnot able to prove it today but someday somebody will………

Non-lethal weapons (NLWs) are such a concern that many countries have treaties demanding transparency. Beginning in the 1990s, groups have formed to provide oversight of NLW research, including international committees, concerned scientists, and citizens’ groups including the Federation of American Scientists and the Center for Cognitive Liberty and Ethics.

Gathering hard evidence that links an individual to a specific crime is essential.   No real legal action can be taken without such evidence, and accusations which are not supported by hard evidence can't be taken seriously by law enforcement agencies.  A big problem is that with the high-tech tools these stalkers use, gathering evidence can be much more difficult than simply setting up a camera system to catch someone in the act.   We need to be able to keep things like camera systems secured well enough to prevent the stalkers from tampering with them.   When it was first made clear to me a few years ago that my stalkers were entering my home while I slept on a nightly basis, I felt like the best solution was to use a CCTV system to get proof of who was doing what.  I knew that using a wireless camera system, it would be easy for someone to record the transmissions from the camera, and then play that footage back in a loop with a stronger transmitter so the recorder would record the played back footage instead of the real images.  I believed that using a true "closed circuit" CCTV with no wireless components would eliminate that problem.  I was promptly proven wrong about that.   At that time I was getting 40 - 60 spam emails a day, which frequently made references to things in my personal life.  Within a few days of setting up my CCTV system, these emails started including pictures from my system.  Since there were no wireless transmitters in my system, and no part of it was connected to any external network, it seemed like they must have been using something related to Van Eck's method for collecting these images.  I began to wonder if my fears about wireless systems were just as valid with CCTV systems.   Is it possible that once they have used the Van Eck method to record images from my CCTV, they could then play those images back with a very strong transmitter in a way that would overpower the signal on the cable from the camera, so the DVR would record their broadcast loop data instead of the live data from the camera?  There have been a number of times since then when it seemed like they were in fact doing this.  There would be signs that parts of my home monitored by cameras had been violated while the cameras seemed to be recording a played back loop instead of the real images.   I've experimented with different ways of adding some RF shielding to protect against this, but have not yet found a real way to solve the problem.  What does one need to do to be sure that security cameras can actually get the needed evidence when the stalkers are able to interfere with them this way?

The cell tower part is bullshyte because the government doesn't own them and you can take pictures of them and show them to experts in that field and they will explain to you why the equipment pictured cannot be used for what Vic is claiming.

  Why bother with the whole nasty Torture Matrix at all?  It is about POWER. The program is directed at harmless people who pose no threat to the US (if they posed a threat, the DEW weapons could zap them and make an end of it). Wasted an hour this morning just trying to boot my computers. 2003 iBook laptop still disabled -- and now the only startup boot disk that works with that unit, an old OS9 Norton utilities, won't let me access the "disk doctor" program. I get a message saying it "cannot be found" -- when I am booting from a locked CD. I have accessed that program with this CD in the past, although only occasionally does the program detect the disabled hard drive on my iBook 2003.

My conclusion: All of my computer functions, programs, desktop, the whole nine, are being externally controlled off a Lockheed Martin Information server, even when I an off-line. This is "Tempest" remote computer control technology being used to censor and maliciously intimidate and neutralize -- making inaccessible the necessary tools of a journalist's trade.

Each day I am forced to voice my complaints about this malicious interception and interference with my ability to use my computers and to telecommunicate. It's all part of the psy ops and electromagnetic torture campaign that has been waged against me for seven years, making it impossible for me to pursue what had been a successful career in mainstream journalism and TV.

Now the Lockheed Martin constitution-disrespecting war criminals are not permitting a 2GB flash drive from erasing. When I try to delete items by emptying trash, I am told that items are "in use" and that trash "cannot be completed."

This is the same flash drive to which I tried to save my Mac OS10.3.9 file so that I can transfer it to an external firewire drive to use as a boot-up device for my 2003 iBook that these malicious, sadistic operatives apparently are disabling by remote manipulation.

So I've got a 2GB Kingston flash stick that reads "23 KB remaining" when the directory shows I've only got a few text files and a small textedit program stored on that device.

"How can they target someone inside a store?"  I would like to know how they have the nerve to target someone inside a hospital.  They hit me in between the time that I was left in the examining room until the doctor appeared.  There was nothing I could do.  I suppose they were trying to scare me so that I would not seek medical treatment.  Despite the fact that he is an excellent doctor, he has no clue about RF damage.  I did not know, at the time, what technology was being employed.  They were making a mockery of me because they would hit the windows with something in the middle of the night, then I would experience the electricity filling my body and being concentrated in my heart.  So I thought they were using some kind of a hand-held weapon.

One point about the cell towers, google "cell tower radiation effects" and you will get about 62,800 results, most of the results saying something like "Cell Tower Emissions are Extremely Dangerous".

A prima facie case? Where's the intent? Wouldn't Vic also have to prove precision targeting of the radiation from the cell towers?

The cell towers in the United States are NOT owned by or operated by the government, Lockheed Martin or anyone similar.

They are owned and operated by over 180 privately owned, publicly traded corporations that employ over a million people.
