The English press has picked up on the mixed signals coming from the PLP on the Queen's visit later this month.Trouble in paradise: The Queen's trip has received little publicity,it's as if her presence is an embarrassment to the government.

No surprise to islanders.Ewart Brown & his radical black nationalist PLP party gov't intend to force independence on the public, who have consistently rejected it.

Brown,a 60s racist black beret revolutionary, now wearing pin stripe suits, is Premier of Bermuda.

Brown's black beret's destroyed the island with burning riots , murders and assassinations 70s,strikes in 80s and now the final nail in Bermuda's coffin, 11 years of waste corruption and thievery ,Bda. Inc is going down the drain the same as the Turks and Caicos

No Government can tell the people what to do against their will - if it does, it does so at its own peril ! A corrupt government causes faction, fear and hatred that so easily destroys the heart of a country. You take the Turks and Caicos Islands as an example where corruption has replaced good governance. However, Bermuda still has one card up its sleeve that if used can re-establish this essential element. That is' the Governor'. If proven through the Courts that corrupion by Government Ministers has been found, then the Governor has the power to dissolve Parliament and set up an intrim Govenment until a new incorrupt Govenment is formed. Little wonder Ewart Brown wants independence !! The Turks and Caicos has been saved from certain disaster thanks to a system that exists to uphold the freedoms and fairplay of its people. Its not a road I'm sure that Governors would choose but when needed it works very well indeed. Well done Governor Gordon Wetherell ! It seems that Bermuda may have to take that same road as the T & C to restore this gem of the Sargasso sea and once again put it back in its rightful place as the word of Mark Twain so succinctly summed up -the good people of Bemuda deserve this! ''You go to heaven if you want - I'd rather stay here in Bermuda.' -the good people of Bemuda deserve nothing less !

THE BLACK NATIONALIST DICTATORSHIP OF EWART BROWN'S PLP GOVERNMENT HAS CONSTANTLY ATTACKED THE GOVERNOR, THE UK IN GENERAL AND HAD AN ANTAGONISTIC APPROACH TO  BERMUDA'S BRITISH  HERITAGE.

HE WAS ON VACATION FOR THE 400TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE SETTLEMENT OF BERMUDA AND HAS FAILED MISERABLY TO CAPITALIZE ON BERMUDA'S 400TH BIRTHDAY CELEBRATIONS CULMINATING WITH THE QUEEN'S VISIT.

AMERICANS LOVE THIS POMP AND PAGEANTRY.

AS A RESULT BERMUDA HOTELS ARE EMPTY.

MILLIONS UPON MILLIONS OF AMERICAN DOLLARS LOST IN REVENUE.

A COLOSSAL MISSED OPPORTUNITY TO DISPLAY HISTORY AND TRADITION ,SQUANDERING ONE OF OUR GREATEST TOURISM MARKETING ASSETS.

quote from a Daily Mail article this morning:

"The unexpected turn-out - far larger than that which welcomed the Queen on her last visit 15 years ago - was seen by many as a massive protest against Premier Dr Ewart Brown's intention to take the oldest of Britain's colonies to Independence.

Waving to crowds, three or four deep in some places along the capital city of Hamilton's Front Street, the couple were treated to a rousing reception from thousands who demonstrated their continued support for the monarchy.

Some spectators even perched on rooftops to get a glimpse of the Royal pair.

Traveling behind the Queen's Land Rover in his limousine, Dr Brown and his wife Wanda, received a lukewarm reception and in some places were even booed."
