Quinn Gray, a woman from Jacksonville, Florida, is accused of faking her own kidnapping in a $50,000 extortion plan targeted at her own husband Reid Gray. It is alleged Quinn Gray staged kidnapping with her young lover Jasmin Osmanovic, while claiming she was abducted for four days and sexually assaulted. Gray's defense is saying she was temporarily psychotic and was manipulated by Osmanovic. Gray has a history fo mental illness and alcohol addiction, which is what defense is mounting its case on. Meanwhile, prosecution says Gray and Osmanovic knowingly concocted the plot while having an affair. There are speculations that there is audio evidence against Quinn Gray and her alleged lover. Quinn Gray's husband Reid Gray stands by his wife's words.

Quinn Gray went missing the Friday of Labor Day weekend. A ransom note, written in Quinn’s handwriting, was found tacked to the front door of the Gray’s $4 million home, stating: “There are three men holding me right now, and they want $50,000 cash. Stay at the house NO COPS! Keep your cell phone on you. Keep the kids with you. Please do this honey, please!”
