Goes to show as some say, Money is everything, even with you in a video urinating on a 13 year old girl can get you out of prison.

A Chicago jury today acquitted singer R. Kelly of child pornography charges.

The jury of nine men and three women took seven and a half hours to find the R&B star not guilty on all 14 charges he faced for allegedly videotaping himself having sex with an underage girl, who was possibly as young as 13.

The trial revolved around the question of whether it was in fact Kelly who appeared in the video. Defense lawyers argued a mole on the singer's back that could not be seen on the person in the video proved it was two different people.

Kelly, 41, was charged in 2002, but the trial was repeatedly delayed.
